Camera senza bide’ riscaldamento rumoroso, alcune lampadine in camera non funzionavano, colazione non all’altezza di un 5 stelle, e‘ necessario prepararsi il caffè e il cappuccino da soli, il bar dell’hotel non è servito adeguatamente dal personale.

Portorož je lep in privlačen tudi v deževnih dnevih.
Pros:

Hotel ima še vedno top lokacijo v Portorožu in svoje lastno zelo veliko parkirišče za avtomobile.

Cons:

Hotel je potreben zelo temeljite prenove !

Posizione Stupenda. Hotel a picco sul mare con vista spettacolare da ogni camera, si ha infatti la sensazione di essere su una nave da crociera. Interni dorati che riportano all'epoca de Titanic, che ha sicuramente un certo fascino ma andrebbero un po rimodernati.
Materasso comodo, spa stupendo.

Cons:

Arrendo datato che sarebbe da rimodernare. In camera non c'è la scelta dei cuscini, sono tutti uguali e scomodi. La cosa più fastidiosa è il cibo. Essendo intollerante al glutine ho segnalato prima dell'arrivo il problema. Al mio arrivo ho fatto presente che non ho ricevuto risposta sulla mia segnalazione. La receptionist ha risposto di essersi dimenticata di guardare le mail, ma che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Quella sera avevamo deciso di cenare in hotel, perciò le ho chiesto se fosse necessario avvisare dell'intolleranza prima di cena. Mi ha risposto assolutamente di no.
A cena segnalo l'intolleranza al cameriere che chiama il cuoco del sud asiatico per indicarmi i piatti presenti nel buffet senza glutine. Il cuoco mi indica ravioli, lasagna e minestra densa. La cosa mi fa capire che non ha idea di cosa sia il glutine. Sia a cena che a colazione le indicazioni in merito agli allergeni sono confuse, sbagliate o assenti. La qualità del cibo e della scelta scarsa.
Abbiamo chiesto informazioni per il noleggio di bici ebike. Anche in questo caso alla reception ci hanno dato info errate su posti ritenuti aperti, ma che in realtà erano chiusi. Sicuramente un 5 stelle di una volta, oggi di stelle ne dovrebbe avere 4 e fare molta più attenzione agli ospiti. Merita il soggiorno? Per la vista e la posizione, ma solo con camere in offerta!
