Amplasarea. Personal ok. Am apelat la serviciile de masaj care au fost top!, Mic dejun, si partea de bar-ok: varietate si personal. Parcare ok.

Cons:

Hotelul are nevoie de diverse reparații. A fost construit in zona lux, dar pentru 5 stele, are neajunsuri nepermise cu atat mai mult cu cât s-ar rezolva cu costuri mici. Tencuiala cade de pe un colț de tavan de pe terasa, calorifer cu pete de rugina in baie, colac la wc cu smalt sărit, para de la dus când am încercat sa folosim dușul prima data, am rămas cu ea in mana -adevărat ca am anunțat la recepție si au schimbat-o imediat, dar cred ca nu trebuia sa anunț eu asta, ci personalul de la curățenia precedenta. Cumva toate acestea nu au produs un disconfort direct, dar au lăsat o impresie nu buna. Personalul de pe plaja hotelului total neamabil. Mobilierul de terasa (am ales o cazare superioară exact pentru a putea sta pe terasa) total incomod si cumva cheap si vechi.

Grand Hotel Bernardin doporučujeme ako kvalitný hotel s výbornou polohou.
Pros:

Raňajky hodnotíme na výbornú, oceňujeme variabilitu a pestrosť výberu.
Čo oceňujem, bola ponuka mliečnych výrobkov ako tvaroh a jogurt a taktiež rôznych lokálnych produktov.
Dostatok a rôznorodosť studeného ako aj teplého bufetu.
A k dispozícii boli až štyri automaty na kávu - takže žiadna trápna tlačenica.
Ponuka šampanského ako ranný aperitív bola takou čerešničkou ktorá ku kvalitnému hotelu patrí.

Cons:

Lepšia komunikácia s recepciou.
Samozrejme to bolo individuálne.
Slečny na recepcii prejavovali nižší stupeň profesionality ako ich mužskí kolegovia.
Ale vysoko hodnotíme prístup manažérky recepcii pri riešení nášho problému.
Oceňujeme, že konala veľmi promptne a v prospech nás ako klientov.

Zentrale Lage, hundefreundlich, hervorragendes Buffet, Poollandschaft mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in bester Lage. Die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war völlig unkompliziert und herzlich willkommen. Dank der sehr zentralen Lage konnten wir in die Stadt spazieren. Das Frühstücks- udn Abendbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Indoorpool im Hotel und die Wohlfühloase mit mehreren Pools, der durch die Kooperation mit dem nahegelegenen Hotel ebenfalls genutzt werden konnte. Der atemberaubende Ausblick auf Strand und Meer, der sogar aus dem Aufzug zu genießen war, machte den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Von der Buchung über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und haben gleich wieder gebucht
