Cet hôtel est fabuleux. Il mérite un 10/10.
Pros:

Tout est incroyable dans cet établissement. L’accueil, la déco, l’emplacement, la propreté, le confort…

Cons:

Seul bémol qui à mon avis ne concerne pas l’hôtel, l’eau de la plage n’est vraiment pas propre. Il y flotte des détritus en tous genre (plastique, pansements, déchets) voire même des excréments.

Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit

Cons:

Strand viel zu wenig Platz, kleine Schirme ohne Abstand, 7Reihen hintereinander, höchstens 2stern Niveau, Reservierung inkompetent, unorganisiert.
Wc und Dusche nur mit Zimmerkarte benutzbar

Stile curato e raffinato. Vista incantevole e spiaggia perfetta. Mare strepitoso

Cons:

Navette assenti. Le disponibili non hanno orari comodi perché solo diurne ed i transfer sono molto costosi . Serve auto privata.
Il ristorante mediterraneo ha un costo eccessivo …90 euro a persona .. esageratissimo per cena in struttura
Il buffet è ideale a pranzo in località di mare, ma non a cena..

Pros:

Отличные завтраки , ужины по меню тоже отличные.
Приветливый персонал .
Красивое место , отель стильный и уютный . Ухоженная территория.

Cons:

Нет своего приватного пляжа, хотят торговцы.
Лежаки надо бронировать , нельзя прийти и лечь на свободный .
Цена коктейлей на мой взгляд завышена 25€. Вода по 6€ пол литра. Вода в номере только при звезде купить можно только в отеле.

Estadia deliciosa na Costa Smeralda.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, as acomodações maravilhosas e o café da manhã uma delícia! Fomos super bem recebidos pela equipe, fizeram de tudo para que nossa estadia fosse maravilhosa! A praia em frente ao hotel é muito linda e uma delícia!

Cons:

Não é uma reclamação, mas uma sugestão, a academia poderia ter mais pesos/halteres intermediários, ou eram muito leves ou muito pesados.

Um hotel com potencial, mas que está muito abaixo do que se espera ! Definitivamente não vale a pena !
Pros:

A localização em Porto Rotondo, que tem um centrinho super interessante.
A estrutura de praia, que é linda.
A simpatia dos funcionários.
No check out, o hotel oferece por 30 min um courtesy room para você tomar banho, se trocar antes de ir ao aeroporto.

Cons:

- após 23h, todos os bares do hotel fechados. Uma noite linda na Sardenha, e você não tem um único bar aberto num hotel supostamente 5 estrelas.
- o atendimento no Restaurante Trattoria del Pescatore pelos recepcionistas. Péssimo. Com mesas vazias, te deixam esperando 30/40 min, e após esse tempo te colocam nessas mesas vazias. Com o restaurante ainda aberto e pessoas comendo, começam a juntar as almofadas, retirar mesas e cadeiras etc.
- você paga uma diária bastante elevada (hotel 5 estrelas), e lá cobram extras como uma simples panqueca no café da manhã. Drinks extremamente caros no hotel. Mais caro que qualquer restaurante na Sardenha. Você se sente usado!

Pros:

Loved how genuine the entire staff was to make certain that their guests were happy and very well taken care off. They were all so pleasant and happy that after a day out we felt like we were being welcomed back by family. Truly one of the best experiences we have had. Breakfast was outstanding everyday. We were truly spoiled in every single way! We are looking forward to coming back

Pros:

Everything! This is my 2nd review since I had 2 rooms booked. Property is amazing & the location was perfect. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. We were all so spoiled!
