Good central hotel
Pros:

Most of the staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was very good and varied
The location was very good for the beach and old town.

Cons:

The lounge and bar area didn't have Aircon so not comfortable

Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Dame am Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt und bot einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Besonders praktisch für Motorradfahrer: Direkt vor dem Hotel stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr einfach zu erreichen, ganz ohne den sonst oft stressigen ZTL-Verkehr. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Kombination aus herzlichem Service, toller Lage und angenehmem Komfort hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Klare Empfehlung – ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Ideales Hitel in Trapani
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, aber fußläufig zum Hafen ( Boote nach Favignana) und zum Bus zur Talstation der Funicolare zum Kloster Erice

Cons:

Es gab viele Mücken im Zimmer

Not a good experience
Pros:

Would never stay here again. We were here May 19-21 2026. Isn’t even a one star hotel. It’s an old tired hotel with no air conditioning. We were “upgraded” to a room on the first floor. Bad idea. Noisy because of all the traffic and with no air conditioning we tried to leave the window open at night but the mosquitoes and traffic noise drove us crazy.

The only upside is that it’s close to all the shops and restaurants in the centre of town. Stay away from this place.

Parkirišče čez cesto poceni. Blizu starega mestnega jedra izven ZTL. Ogromna soba in kopalnica ter okusen zajtrk. Kapučino ti prinesejo k mizi in povprašajo, če bi še enega.

Krótki City Breake - kwietniowy pobyt od soboty do wtorku dla 3 kobiet.
Pros:

Byłyśmy mile zaskoczone różnorodnością śniadania. Bardzo duży wybór i wszytko świeże i smaczne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie, a jego lokalizacja to strzał w 10. Na powitanie zostałyśmy mile przywitane butelką wina musującego. Pan w recepcji wszystko dokładnie nam wytłumaczył i wskazał miejsca. Ręczniki w pokojach wymieniane codziennie, odkurzane i codziennie również była myta podłoga, dostarczane kosmetyki i nienagannie ścielone łóżka.

Cons:

Widać było gdzieniegdzie zalegający kurz, ale nie przeszkadzało to nikomu z obecnych gości.

Completamente soddisfatto
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare e dal centro cittadino e nel caso si dovesse arrivare con il bus dall'aeroporto (di Trapani o di Palermo), la fermata è a circa 400 metri dalla struttura. La mia camera anche se non era vista mare era esageratamente grande e il bagno aveva sia la vasca che la doccia. Anche la colazione, sia dolce che salata è stata varia ed abbondante (i dolci buonissimi).
