Pros:

La piscine est un plus , ouverte jusqu'à 21h.
Le personnel est gentil et serviable
La localisation de l'établissement est parfaite. Reste au calme mais proche de tout

Cons:

J'avais fait un mail à l'établissement pour demander si nous pourrions arriver plus tôt à 09h qu'à 14h. L'établissement m'a répondu oui sans me donner plus de détails. Arrivée sur place, on m'a demandé 500 baths supplémentaires (j'aurais apprécié l'avoir dans le mail aussi).
La jeune femme de l'accueil n'a ni cherché à communiquer avec moi pour comprendre ni même chercher le mail dont je parlais... Et quand je lui ai montré le mail en français (reçu) pour indiquer que c'était ok de leur côté, elle n'a pas voulu faire d'effort... Donc l'arrivée pour ce séjour à déjà mis dans l'ambiance.....

La habitación era cómoda y tenia vista al cerro. La ubicación es buena. El personal con buena atencion

El desayuno era incompleto. La pileta y el gimnasio chicos. El hotel requiere de algo de mantenimiento y adecuación.

Pros:

La chambre (suite) bien qu'un peu vieillotte, était agréable et assez comfortable

Cons:

A l'arrivée, pas moyen de payer avec une carte de crédit. Il faut aller retirer à l'ATM... Pas d'eau chaude (réparé ensuite).

Great value for money, big hotel feel.
Pros:

Great value for money. If you don’t mind that it’s pretty outdated, you can get a great deal on a big hotel with a big buffet for breakfast - all you can eat
