A Decent Airport Hotel
Pros:

- The premium room was outstanding
- .Mr. Msaad at the reception as well as the concierge - friendly and professional
- The main restaurant was great
- Gym was.Grezt
- Location - close to the airport

Cons:

- The perishable food items at the premium butler lounge needs to be better managed. Perishable food items are placed without refrigeration for hours on the counter. My mother was badly affected as she ate at the lounge and was badly affected.. MANGEMENT NEEDS to pay closer attention to the premium lounge.

Uber mistakes the location for that of Novotel. This needs to be fixed as it was frustrating.

It was a comfortable stay
Pros:

I liked the facility.
Restaurants are available in the hotel with good prices.
There's a piscine with nice seated areas next to it.
The hotel provided many hygiene accessories like tooth brush, soaps, creams and even flip flops.

Cons:

Well there was a wedding on the night i stayed there, music was loud until late so sleeping wasn't optimal. I think the rooms giving to the garden are more affected by this.
The shower was partially clogged.

Overall the hotel isn’t bad with great facilites and I might book it again, but I have a few comments that could improve the service for everyone. The food could be better and more varied, especially at dinner. The mattress cover needs to be improved—something like memory foam—because you can feel the mattress even though it’s new. Otherwise, things are generally fine. Staff are so great in all facilites and help desk . Hotel is so clean and amazing

Cons:

Sometimes noise in the corridor can be heard in the rooms, but I understand this is due to the many transit flights.

Le personnel tres sympathique. La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport. Je ne suis resté que deux courtes nuits et je n’ai pas pris le petit déj.

Cons:

Isolation sonore inexistante ! On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Et il y a des chambres reliée entre elles et séparées par deux porte qui n’isole pas les bruits. On entend tout ce qui se passe à coté. C’est dommage car sinon l’hotel est Top.
