În primul rând comunicarea serviceul în hotel extraordinar. Locația față de aeroport ideală în cazul în care ai nevoie să petreci o zi înainte sau după ce sosește în aeroport serviciul de transport și toată organizarea cu viza a decurs foarte bine

Pros:

The house cleaning employee is amazing. Samer. The front desk and security was wonderful. Also they have machines that exchange foreign bills to Egyptian pounds which is really awesome. 😃 What a wonderful place it was truly exceptional

Excellent Hotel - Excellent Service- Excellent Staff 🥰
Pros:

Excellent service throughout my stay. I stayed 1 night extra because it was so good. The food was great- good selection at the buffet and the A La Carte was really good too. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, and my butler Samir was the best I’ve ever had. A big THANK YOU to all staff. I will return again for certain with my family and friends
