Overall, a great experience with excellent service and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very, very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially the reception team, who were always professional, friendly. The rooms were clean, and well maintained. I also really appreciated the restaurant team—they were very friendly, and attentive.

Cons:

The food was good, but it could be improved with more variety and more options.

Personal muy amable y atento en todo ,habitación limpia, instalaciones nuevas, ubicación al lado del aeropuerto, el señor del transporte muy amable.
Very friendly and attentive staff throughout, clean room, new facilities, location right next to the airport, and the shuttle driver was very friendly.

Mal manejo de cadena frio calor en el restaurante, ponían carne recién hecha sobre la carne sobrante, cuando lo sanitario es servirla en una nueva fuente, y la leche fría del termo en el desayuno estaba descompuesta
Poor handling of hot and cold food safety protocols at the restaurant: they were placing freshly cooked meat on top of leftover meat—whereas proper hygiene dictates serving it in a fresh dish—and the cold milk from the dispenser at breakfast had gone bad.
