Exceptional Hospitality & Unforgettable Service
Pros:

Amazing staff, very professional, and definitely unforgettable.

I can honestly say you most likely won’t face any issues during your stay. But even if something happens, you’ll be truly surprised by their attitude, care, and the way they handle everything professionally and warmly. They have a special way of making you forget anything negative and leave with a smile every single time.

L’emplacement près de l’aéroport et la navette vers les terminaux

Cons:

La restauration n’est pas bonne et le personnel de restauration désagréable
Il y a beaucoup de restaurant mais aucun de convenable peut-être faudrait-il en faire un seul mais bon et il n’y a rien d’autre autour

Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Great experience all around. The room was spacious and comfortable but the star of the experience was the staff - impeccably polite and and well spoken English - particularly the gentleman at guest services who patiently and attentively helped me fix some issues with my onward travel plans

Lovely with a very horrible check out, corrected by my hero Abdel Rahman!

I have diabetes and was told on check in tgat a breakfast box would be ordered for me by a nice girl.
On check out at 4.30am on the 7th April, I was told by a horrible receptionist that my breakfast was not included, he needs customer service training! I have diabetes and need to eat or I go into a coma! He continued to tend to other guests, practically turned his back on me so I walked out extremely upset to wait for the shuttle bus.
As I was sat on tge bus a very nice receptionist ran to the bus with a breakfast box for me and apologised....His name was Abdel Rahman.I have worked as Management position i exclusive hotels in Egypt,also hotel mystery shopper,give this man a reward from me! He has to apologise for his co colleagues attitude when it should have been this horrible man that first told me breakfast was forbidden for me!!!

Cons:

The attitude of this reception man, telling me I was not allowed breakfast! Even though I am diabetic, he brushed it off like I was a piece of shit.

Great stay, highly recommended for easy access to the airport
Pros:

We did not eat at the resort as we were flying very early the next morning. However, there are there was a bar and cafe selling cakes and pastries as well as coffee. The hotel itself was excellent with great facilities, the pool are was really well laid out and inviting, and there are plenty of outdoor areas to relax in. If you need easy access to the airport, as we did, then the location is excellent.

There is a very helpful shuttle service to the airport which hotel provides free of charge and runs every 30mins throughout the day and night. The staff are very helpful indeed and the overall experience at the hotel was excellent. It was a shame that we didn't get the chance to spend more time there.

Cons:

Because we didn't eat there, we didn't get a chance to evaluate the restaurants.

Décevant prix abordable d une premier vue puis ça deviens rapidement cher !

Les extras qu’on demande j ai réservé pour 2 adultes 1 enfants et une fois la resa faite on reçoit un message de l hôtel pour un lit d appoint c est 35€ !

L’hôtel est en travaux autour de la piscine et dans les jardins !

Nous avons déjeuner le midi à peine finis on nous demande de payer alors que les cheek out sont fait pour ça !
