Excellent stay near airport
Pros:

Convenient to airport with shuttle. Clean and nice staff. Good breakfast!

Decent stay and comfortable bed

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Several times we attempted to get items for our room (an iron that worked and clean towels and bedding). These request went unanswered and were requested multiple times before receiving. The pool was filthy. We stated for 4 nights and don’t believe the pool or surrounding area including the outdoor seating area were ever cleaned. The room needed updated furniture; one chair looked like a cat had been in there and the side chair was torn apart on the back side. The shampoo needed a serious cleaning. The patio area was dirty and it looked like the threshold between the room and patio hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Stay was great but wouldn’t stay again due to ADA rooms not very accessible.
Pros:

Room was clean. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Hotel was pretty close to everything.

Cons:

The ADA rooms only have a king bed with a sofa bed. I had requested a roll in shower and was in a room with a tub and was not handicapped accessible for my father. I did ask the front desk and they stated they had no rolI in showers at all. I had to request a shower chair however it was difficult to use due to the chair not fitting very well in the tub.

Great facility
Pros:

Cleaning service was amazing, the hotel and grounds were well kept, my kids loved the pool, and the gym had enough equipment to complete a simple workout. One of the best stays I've had in a while!
