Pros:

I've stayed here previously and have always liked it for decent rooms, nice staff, a good restaurant and easy parking. I slightly messed up the dates of my stay and they accommodated me even though they did not have to.

La gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff addetto alla reception

Cons:

La gestione della colazione e lo staff che se ne occupa.Quando si lavora a contatto con il pubblico bisognerebbe avere un altro tipo di atteggiamento….
E per quanto riguarda il servizio ai piani la signora delle pulizie è entrata mentre noi eravamo dentro alla camera…..

Ideale per accedere alla Kioene Arena... NON per altri scopi
Pros:

Struttura splendida come "punto di appoggio" per andare alla Kioene Arena ( noi ci siamo andati per il concerto di Morandi) ed anche per andare al centro città col bus ( la linea 10 si ferma proprio davanti). Inoltre é situato a pochi chilometri dall' uscita dell' autostrada A4. Per il resto, senza infamia e senza lode, pessimo il ristorante interno, neppure le ciabattine da camera vengono fornite ( ed il prezzo non é certo "economico").

Cons:

Il ristorante scadente, la dotazione in camera ( nulla per il bagno e per la doccia), la pulizia della camera, flaconi già aperti nel frigobar. Trovo anche ridicolo che, pur chiedendo informazioni telefoniche per l' accesso al garage ( opzione che ho acquistato nella versione "garage coperto") nessuno avverta che é necessario suonare al campanello che precede la sbarra dove c'é scritto " accesso mezzi di soccorso", cosicché ci si ferma, devi lasciare l' auto in posizione irregolare, visto che alla data 05/05/2026 ci sono importanti lavori di adeguamento dell' accesso stradale, per poi sentirsi dire che l' accesso é proprio quello dei mezzi di soccorso. ASSOLUTAMENTE RIDICOLO

Hotel je stvarno dobar...soba je bila čista,uredna i dovoljno prostrana,te dobro zvučno izolirana.Doručak je stvarno raznovrstan.Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno.U sklopu hotela je veliki parking,tako da smo zadovoljni našim boravkom u ovom hotelu.

Non e possibile che in un 4 stelle dopo la chiusura serale del Bar non ci sia un distributore automatico di acqua/ bibite o di the / caffè caldo
