Hotel location and size of the room
The toilet was dirty
È vicinissimo all'arena.
La stanza buia, impersonale. Per un quattro stelle mancava il set di cortesia. Un solo asciugamano per due persone. Nella camera non c'era nessuna accoglienza.

Tutto bello niente da dire
Odličan hotel i sobe, savršeno čisto. Doručak i kava odlični. Osoblje uslužno, pogotovo djelatnici recepcije. Dobra lokacija blizu izlaza s autoputa i 5-10 min voznje do garaže u centru grada, na granici ZTL zone. Parking ispred i oko hotela, besplatno i pod video nadzorom.
Nismo mogli dobiti pomoćni ležaj u superior sobi od 40 m2 (politika hotela, sigurnosni razlozi itd) pa smo morali uzeti dvije standardne sobe od 16 m2.
Il soggiorno in hotel è stato nella media e ha lasciato impressioni contrastanti. La camera avrebbe potuto essere un po’ più pulita, e un’ulteriore delusione è stata anche l’area della colazione – il pavimento e il tavolo non erano in ordine, il che lascia una cattiva impressione sull’igiene.
Il problema principale, però, è stato il personale a colazione. Durante le tre notti di soggiorno, nessuna mattina hanno rivolto nemmeno un semplice saluto come “buongiorno”, né hanno mostrato gentilezza o un sorriso. Un atteggiamento del genere verso gli ospiti non è davvero soddisfacente.
Con una migliore attenzione alla pulizia e un approccio più professionale da parte del personale, l’esperienza complessiva potrebbe essere molto più piacevole.
