We stayed here two nights for convenience while transitioning to another hotel/trip. The stay was amazing. Great rooms. Really nice pool and courtyard. The workers take great pride in customer service. Special thanks to Edwardo for making the extra effort with our anniversary dinner! We highly recommend to anyone coming through Cancun!

I’ve used this hotel on a number of occasions as a convenient stopping off point on fishing trips to ascension bay further down the coast. They have a free shuttle bus too which means you can avoid the touts at the airport trying to sell you an overpriced taxi. It offers good value for money, is clean and well appointed and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Food is tasty and good value for money; the mixed fish ceviche being my favourite! A special mention for Gabriel who looked after us really well last night. Breakfasts are good too with the option to get omelettes made fresh.

The pool and hortub was quiet and inviting. Gabriel was our server for dinner and made me feel special. The food was delicious.
The room was spacious and mattress perfect. They only had big fluffy pillows.
Breakfast was included and Adrian waited on us and was very attentive.

The location of the hotel is great! The pool is beautiful and I loved the jacuzzi. And the food at the restaurant is amazing! Alejandro and Esteban helped us and they were amazing!
I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I felt it was necessary since my concerns weren’t addressed on-site. My experience at this hotel was a complete Jekyll and Hyde situation between the morning and evening services.
The breakfast service was slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, the hostess (a lady with glasses at the entrance GADALUP) was extremely rude. When I tried to bring these issues to someone's attention, I was ignored it felt like nobody cared about the guest experience during the morning shift. It’s disappointing to start your day feeling unwelcome.
On the flip side, dinner was the complete opposite. The staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming.
Esteban deserves a special mention for his excellent service.
The Manager (I can’t recall his name, but he has very short hair) was also fantastic and made sure everything was running smoothly.
The hotel was good but the evening food was very limited, basically expensive average bar food. Breakfast also expensive, $30 each with no options for a continental breakfast. Good food though!
I got scammed (my fault, not the hotel) getting to the hotel so make sure you prebook the shuttle. I thought it was walking distance but I looked at the wrong terminal building, not to mention it is hot and humid! Prepaid for the transport with a promise the hotel would reimburse. Helpful “uniformed” woman called the hotel (not) for me and I spoke to them (I thought). Doh! Airport officials must be in on this as I have since read several scam complaints with similar features.
