Excellent Overnight Stay
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and facilities were clean and very nice. Easily made the stay worth the price. Very convenient to the airport and the shuttle ran regularly. The restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything we did not like.

Good value for money!
Pros:

Great location for proximity to the airport and for excursions. The free shuttle was also good (although we did have to wait about 20 minutes). Some instructions on this before arriving would have been ideal. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was bright and clean too!

Cons:

Restaurant felt very quiet, food was good but quite expensive so bear that in mind. Other than that, all good!

The breakfast was way better than the breakfasts in USA Marriotts. The quality. And the service staff at front desk, the pick up at airport, over the phone, and in the restaurant, were wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I wish there was a transportation that dropped you off at other spots where you can walk around and see a little of the culture and food. Your location is amazing because it's by the airport, but there isn't much around there.There's other Marriotts I've stayed at, I think it wasb one in San Antonio. They drop you off somewhere and come back in like 2 hours, or leave every 2 hours. It's safer for the tourists visiting Cancun and this is most something I'm sharing. I loved my stay with you guys at Cancun ❤️
