Calling a taxi through the hotel was very difficult. Also getting the shuttle was difficult. When we arrived at the airport we were told shuttle will arrive in few minutes and we waited around 50 minutes then took a taxi and paid for it.

Great place near airport with free regular shuttle service.
Pros:

The big comfortable beds. The lush garden in the back envelops a nice big pool and hot tub. Quiet rooms. The fact that the shuttle leaves every half hour. However, make sure you line up early because they do fill up sometimes. Also staff was very helpful in printing out boarding passes and helping us in with the luggage. It's the second time I've stayed there the night before flying out. A lot of airline staff stay there too because its the best choice in the area.

Cons:

The restaurant was quite expensive. When driving there from the main highway you have to make a complex series of loops to get to the hotel even though you can see it from the highway. It was difficult getting there and getting out when driving your own car.

Great authentic hotel.
Pros:

Location to airport. Beautiful swimming pool and area. Fun birds to see. Great restaurant especially outside terrace area. The waiters are great. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many options.

Not much.

Don't Count on the Airport Shuttle Late at Night
Pros:

Don't count on catching the hotel's airport shuttle after a late night flight. The property does not respond to messages in the Bonvoy app and the number for the property is not on WhatsApp. I couldn't find a courtesy phone in the arrivals hall and didn't want to deal with shady cabbies so I walked three miles to the Courtyard. Ubers are still barred from pickups at CUN and the geofenced area is two miles long. Certainly don't recommend since 95% of the journey had no sidewalks. Desk agent on duty certainly didn't care. The next day at 9:30 AM someone knocked on my room door repeatedly even though the do not disturb sign was posted. He had a name tag on but I couldn't understand what he wanted. Once again the front desk shrugged it off. Thankfully my stay was short.

Clean, quiet hotel close to the airport.
Pros:

I had a flight cancellation and needed accomodation for one night. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had lots of amenities. After a rough day at the airport, I was lucky enough to have an excellent staff member, Gabriel, who really brightened my day!

Dissapointing stay in the Marriott
Pros:

I arrived in the Marriott for a 3 day stay in the hotel on my first trip to Mexico. Checked went find and I got into my room and went down for dinner. I couldn’t get the wait staffs attention to order my dinner as they were busy with massages but the manager got them eventually.
I ordered chicken quesadillas and fries, but they forgot the fries. The food was bland and tastes like nothing and there was a puddle of water from a lump of wet lettuce they put on the plate.
The next day I got up and had breakfast which was okay, some of the food like the potato’s were crunchy so not cooked completely.

I went to reception later and asked if there was anywhere local that I could get food because I didn’t wanna go to the restaurant again and the receptionist told me that there was nowhere within walking distance for food and I would have to go to to cancun in a taxi. I walked out of the hotel and found 5 restaurants within 5 mins walking from the hotel.
Went back to my room and the staff had been in to tidy but the pillow case had make up stains on it and the new towers had food stains or something, it was red like tomato.

I had to print some stuff off for my flight the next day and as I was printing a hotel staff member came over and cancelled my printing so he could scan passports without saying anything to me but he did come and help me print a few mins later.

Went for a drink at the bar and was charged 40ish cad for a double whiskey.

Overall a pretty disappointing trip and won’t be back to this hotel. Im currently sat in my room about to check out with bullets of sweat running down my face and the ac was turned on 2 hours ago.

L'emplacement à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, idéal pour une arrivée tardive.
Le petit déjeuner très complet et vraiment excellent, personnel aux petits soins.
La piscine et le jacuzzi très agréables.

Cons:

La taille du lit double (140cm), un peu petit pour 2 personnes.

Got no sleep but restaurant for breakfast was wonderful.
Pros:

Was picked up by shuttle at 1am go no sleep noise started at 6am but hotel manager offered free breakfast. The breakfast was AMAZING very good and restaurant staff was very good too!😊

Cons:

Arrived at 1am booked room to get some sleep. Was waken up at 6am by doors slamming, kids scramming down hallway then at 7am maids talking very loud outside my room. I requested a quiet room not sure why was put on 2nd floor in the busy part of hotel 😞

Jacuzzi was not working, specifically messaged the hotel to see if it was before booking did not receive a response. Staff was not good about the issue.
