Siena ist eine tolle Stadt, wirklich sehr sehenswert. Hotel ist wirklich ganz schön und zentral

Pros:

Hotel muy bonito, realmente es un palacio. Ubicación excelente. Y el personal maravilloso. Todos los que nos atendieron superamables. Ademas tiene una terraza increible para ver el atardecer. La habitación correcta de tamaño, la cama muy comoda, y el baño excelente, con ducha grande separada y muy limpio.
Mi mujer y yo estuvimos tres dias, y seguro que si vuelvo a Siena, repetiré hotel.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero muy muy pequeño, la mesita de noche un poco pequeña...

A beautiful , authentic stay & would highly recommend
Pros:

Wonderful location, spacious rooms, the parking situation was so convenient , really kind staff and a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside from the room & also from the communal patio .

Exceptional stay with outstanding service
Pros:

Amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, full of charm, with stunning views and a perfect location to explore Siena on foot. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
I want to especially highlight the staff, who were incredibly responsive and helpful during a situation we had while traveling. Their attitude and support truly made a difference.
I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Palazzo storico in Siena con bellissima vista
Pros:

Palazzo d epoca bello in Siena con splendido giardino con vista sulle colline.

Cons:

Purtroppo la scomodità di esser nel centro storico è di non poter essere raggiunto comodamente in auto. Problemi di ZTL del Comu e di Siena . La colazione poteva esser più completa specie per turisti stranieri. Non è accettabile però riportare tazze e piattini usati finita la colazione , al bar. Nessun personale ai tavoli per la colazione.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel au charme fou

Un endroit merveilleux qu’on ne souhaite pas quitter ! Une terrasse/jardin magnifique avec une vue superbe. Un intérieur plein de charme avec des gravures partout. Surtout que rien ne change !!!

Cadre exceptionnel au cœur de Sienne mais une grosse marge de progression sur le service….
Pros:

Un cadre exceptionnel dans un ancien château, des chambres gigantesques, le tout à très courte distance du centre de Sienne. Un panorama à couper le souffle depuis la chambre ou le jardin… Possibilité de parking mais en respectant un protocole bien strict…

Cons:

Le sens du service est un vrai soucis, un total manque de flexibilité pour laisser la voiture un peu plus longtemps alors que le parking est vide, le besoin de commander son apéro (si vous trouvez quelqu’un) et de débarrasser, un petit déjeuner probablement exceptionnel mais pas réapprovisionné (ou peu) à une heure de la fin. Les clients asiatiques arrivés vers la fin sont tombés de haut et n’ont rien eu. Et la aussi, on doit commander et débarrasser…
Un gros trou dans la raquette, c’est dommage
