Jolie terrasse ombragée. Situation dans Sienne évite d'entrer en ZTL. Grande chambre. Vue demandée sur jardin.

Cons:

Explications orales données pour aller au parking. Aucun service. Les clients doivent assurer eux-mêmes le service et trimballer leurs tasses, couverts, etc. Le petit déjeuner est très minimal pour les étoiles de l'hôtel. Ne comporte pas d'offre de légumes frais pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas manger que de la charcuterie, du fromage ou des sucres sous toutes leurs formes. Petit déjeuner non rechargé pour accès à tous de la même manière.

Pleasant stay in an old palazzo
Pros:

Very old palazzo with lots of character on the edge of the old city. In easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and cafes. Staff very friendly and the breakfast options very good and plentiful although there are no hot dishes on offer.

Petit dejeuner médiocre et chaotique

L'emplacement est idéal. Un parking privé permet de garer la voiture. La chambre est confortable.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner fut un veritable chaos. Les salles sont exigues. Beaucoup de mal a trouver une place pour s'assoir. La qualité des mets est banale. Ce que nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié c'est la pancarte qui indique que, compte tenu, que le petit dejeuner est offert nous devions débarrasser nous même ! Je corrige le prix inclus le petit dejeuner. Il n'est offert! Les tables n'etaient pas néttoyées. Inadmissible pour un etablissement qui affiche ce standard et ce prix des chambres.

Experience would have been great if not for the hotel staff.
Pros:

The reasons to stay here is the location and the view from the beautiful outdoor garden and terrace, which overlooks the Tuscan countryside. The hotel is full of antiques, the rooms are charming, and the breakfast selection is decent. The reason not to stay here is the staff. They were not welcoming, not helpful, and not a smile from anyone. My daughter walked in carrying a baby and asked if there was a trolley to put their luggage on. The receptionist opened the door to a closet, and left her there to get the trolley, which was blocked by other guest's luggage, on her own. Often there was no one at the reception desk. Breakfast is operated like a cafeteria, where you return your plate, etc. to the bar area when done eating. Understaffing and staff attitude appears to be a problem and the reason why my hotel ranking is not higher.

Localização perfeita, recepção extremamente cuidadosa, quarto muito limpo, secador ótimo, kits de recepção do hotel perfeitos. Tem uma varanda linda e um bar ótimo, a vista é de se emocionar.
