Avoid if you value good wifi and honest staff

Decided to provide review because if I had known how awful my experience would be I would have booked another place and saved a lot of stress.

I booked a private suite and the WiFi is not close to adequate for video calls or using social media but moreover is often not available at all in the room. The manager came and immediately blamed me and my computer for not connecting well to WiFi even though my phone and his phone also had the same problem. Then told me it’s my fault that I never told him I needed WiFi (the booking listing states High Speed available). And when I told him I will just leave then (my booking is partially refundable, only one night charge as per listed on policy); he offered me the use of the conference room downstairs which does have its own reliable WiFi network. I accepted the alternative and used the room on occasion when I needed WiFi although he refused to let me use AC or lights. However after two days he told me I’m no longer welcome in the room and so when I checked out one day early he claimed a deadline had now passed so he can keep the money for the unused night. Fortunately I had enough flexibility in my budget to leave that toxic environment. I have never had such troubling and dishonest service at a hotel and have travelled to 50 countries, including many Selina’s and former Selina’s.

Avoid this hotel if you value WiFi, good service or just your general sanity because if any problem comes up it’s somehow the guest’s fault. Very thankful there were other wonderful hotels that were thrilled to accommodate me and restore my peace!

Una experiencia 10/10: tranquilidad, comodidad y excelente atención

Me gustó mucho la experiencia en general. Destaco especialmente la excelente atención del personal, siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Norwing merece una mención especial, su atención fue 10/10, muy profesional y pendiente de cada detalle. También disfruté mucho la tranquilidad y paz del hotel, la comodidad de las instalaciones y la calidad de la comida. Es un lugar donde realmente se puede descansar y disfrutar de una experiencia agradable de principio a fin.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no tengo aspectos negativos importantes que destacar. Mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria y considero que el hotel mantiene un buen nivel de servicio, comodidad y atención al cliente. Espero poder regresar y disfrutar nuevamente de la experiencia.

El alojamiento, le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, muchas sombras en paredes, solo simples que al darle mantenimiento hacen la diferencia, la limpieza hay que mejorarla definitivamente. Una de las habitaciones que tomamos tenía un olor intenso a cigarro.
En resumidas, suciedad, deterioro, falta de mantenimiento en muchas áreas para sentirse mejor.
