Breakfast needs some improvement
Fantastic 4-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou. The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to reach many of Guangzhou's top attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, while the in-room service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it was a luxurious and relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

Cigarette smells that lingered in the lifts and corridors.
The Ritz-Carlton doesn’t disappoint anywhere on the globe, however the service here, takes attention to detail to another level. Right from the moment you enter. Definitely recommend. Also, gentleman called Peak, outstanding service! Very happy.
I chose this hotel mainly for its prime location in Pearl River New City, near the shopping mall, close to Pearl River, and I truly didn’t expect to be amazed by the service starting from the reservation stage.
After placing my booking online, I took the initiative to call the reservation department to inform them we were staying for a birthday celebration. The staff on the phone listened carefully to all my requests and noted down every detail. They were extremely patient answering all my inquiries, proactively followed up to confirm every arrangement days before check-in. The thoughtful and thorough work of the reservation team set a warm tone for our whole trip.
From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with a sense of familiarity and comfort that made us feel right at home.
We left with wonderful memories of the outstanding care delivered by every member of this hotel, especially the considerate reservation department. We are already eagerly looking forward to our next visit and the chance to enjoy the unparalleled hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou once again.
Мы взяли 2 сутки. 2 номера. С 20-22 июля. Приехали под утро . С ночного рейса уставшие. В 7-8 утра. Хотели высыпаться.
Ради этого пришлось брать еще 1 день. В итоге кровати были мокрые . Из за сильной влаги. И еще кондиционер стоял на 17 гр. настолько что ковры и вся петель была влажной. Мы получались. Спали на мокрых кроватях. Дети даже легли на пол на ковер. Чтоб хоть как то поспать. Нам предлагали в другой номер переселиться. Но он был с такими же влажными кроватями.
