Have stayed here many times , good location classic property witb excellent food

very well welcomed, the staff is always ready to help you, the rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. I just love it here. Any one planing to visit Uganda/Kampala, this is an ideal place to be, located in the middle of the city, yet quiet for relaxing. We had great time here.

Had to travel to Kampala for business and colleagues made the reservation for me. Check-in takes place in 30 sec. Stayed a night first and then came back for two more days. Had a small problem with the bathroom (which can happen even in 200+$ 5star hotels) and they changed the room with an upgrade free of charge. Needed a small item in the middle of the night and the reception sent it to the room in 2 minutes. So this hotel is a great value for what you pay. Also it is located right in the middle of the city center, you can reach anywhere very easily.

We had an awesome time at Speke Hotel, Kampala. Centrally situated,and easy to get to anywhere. Very clean rooms,and surroundings. Staff are very friendly, and the food too was very delicious. Nighttime atmosphere in the bar area was looking great. Can’t put a fault about anything .👍

Excellent service friendly staff food is amazing great location very welcoming helpful staff. Kitchen staff are very accomodating. Except on one occasion request some exotic fruit as we were fasting but was not accomoded. Evening meal was good thank you

Room was comfortable. Shower facility was good. Asked for a hair blow dryer which they provided. Provided a nice breakfast box as we had to leave very early. I would recommend the Speake hotel

Too expensive for the value of the rooms

If you want to stay in city centre then this is the best option and very convenient to major businesses hub
Breakfast was good with lot of options.
Staff are smiling always and very much helping they arranged my trip to Jinja with one of the taxi available with driver Ramadhan he was very good..

It's a beautiful place to visit in Kampala for stay. As hotel is in the centre of the city it is very easy to reach anywhere in the city. The rooms were so cleaned and comfy for a great sleep. We had a breakfast in the room, the service was so good. Only problem is there are lot of channel for football but no cricket
Otherwise internet is very good. Coffee is good. High pressure shower. Overall very good 👍🏻

Good service rooms are comfortable with Good shower and hot water .breakfast is Fine with Indian food option.
Staff are friendly and ready to help. I ask house keeping Staff to get me a hair dryer and the Staff organized it within few minutes.

As I see the are very good and the nice places I wish I would come back again because the place I like it how people are treating me and others and they are so nice as I see i would like to be the members of that place I know how to welcome people in a good

On the whole very pleasant. Polite and helpful staff. Except that the girl at reception always tries to give us a room that is cheaper than the one we have booked and paid for. This has happened twice in a row.
On thé plus side the manager has contacted us when we had left a bag by mistake and we got it back.

Initially I booked an apartment-it is not clear from the site that you have to walk across a muddy car park to get there. The apartments are really poor quality. So I upgrade my 2 day stay to a room, which was nicer but still not in the main hotel. I paid USD 15 for this but when I came to check out I had to pay another USD 15. There was no hot water in the room and the shower attachment leaked terribly. I was offered a room change because of the water but a friend who was staying there said he too had no hot water so there seemed little point. The reception staff are uninterested generally. The breakfast is poor.

It was ok... bed not comfy as expected hotwater was scarce and no water to wash on the commode

Peaceful, fast wifi, accessible to everything, good people

Speke hotel location is good but, this is an old hotel required renovations, building is very old, breakfast is reasonable with fruits, sausages, eggs of your choice, juices, coffee and tea. Indoor food is not good. They have open air sitting arrangements for lunch and dinner. Room service is average, no toiletries given in the wash room, always ask to provide soap and shampoo.

I would like to give average for the quality of bedsheet quality and towel. but i changed my mind for the staff professional service, shower quality and location. Breakfast amazing and room quality could be better with clean floors. Overall Good experience.
