La limpieza impecable, las habitaciones cómodas con lo necesario. Excelente relación calidad precio. El desayuno que incluía nuestra reserva fue exquisito. Sobretodo la atención de todo el personal, espectacular.
El cancel del baño de la habitación 408 abría hacia adentro y era complicado alcanzar las llaves. Además la regadera de esta habitación necesita reemplazarse porque salpica por todos lados.
I chose the location in part because breakfast was included. It turned out that it was not. Is that site fault or ‘Booking.com?

Que no hay servicio de comida y cena
La posiciòn era perfecta! Casi a lado del museo de Diego Rivera, y a dos cuadras de la calle principal del centro. La recamara era silenciosa y el baño espacioso y luminoso. Nosotros no reservamos con desayuno y llegamos antes de la hora del check-in, asi que nos permitieron dejar las maletas muy amables, y salimos a conocer, y resulta que frente al hotel hay un tipico restaurant que ofrece unos desayunos deliciosos. Ademas el restaurant del hotel se veia muy bien.
El elevador era muy lento y siempre iba lleno.. dos veces tuvimos que esperar mucho para poder bajar ademas porque estabamos en el ultimo piso.

The hotel was clean. There's no early check in so you can leave your luggage fairly easy.
The steps to get to the first floor every day was too much. The lack of communication was irritating. The breakfast was mid. The noise and music coming from inside the hotel at 7am was an insanely unacceptable.
