Pros:

Очень чисто, прекрасная косметика в ванной,очень качественное постельное белье,хорошие ,удобные матрасы.Разнообразный, очень вкусный завтрак.И самое главное отличный персонал!Не смотря на то,что сотрудники молоды, работу свою выполняют профессионально.Особенно хотелось выразить благодарность сотруднику рецепшн Ивану, официанту ресторана Владу, очень вежливые, внимательные, улыбчивые, выполняют свою работу с душой, , всегда стараются помочь, подсказать.И особую благодарность повару( к сожалению не знаю имени)за прекрасные завтраки.Теперь , приезжая в Вену, остановимся только в Novotel и другим рекомендовать будем.

Lokalizacja, to duzy atut

Cons:

Niestety bylo brudno, w toalecie byly wlosy, w lodowce bylo brudno. Klimatyzavja nie dzialala, co na 6 pietrze niestety nie bylo komfortowe przy 28’ temperatury na zewnatrz. Personel, szczegolnie ten restauracyjny, jakby byl tam za kare.

Consigliato, ubicazione ottima
Pros:

Noi abbiamo soggiornato al Novotel Wien City, situato nel quartiere di Leopoldstadt, una zona molto comoda e strategica tra il centro storico di Vienna e il Prater. La posizione è davvero uno dei punti di forza: in 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro (Stephansplatz), ma allo stesso tempo si è in un’area più tranquilla rispetto alle vie più turistiche.

L’hotel è moderno, funzionale e adatto sia a coppie che a famiglie. Le camere sono spaziose (a parte il bagno, un po' angusto), pulite e ben insonorizzate. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, con opzioni sia dolci che salate (cara per gli standard italiani ma probabilmente in linea con i prezzi locali).

Quarto muito quente. Ar condicionado não arrefecia. Solução era abrir a janela.
Pequeno almoço com pouca reposição. Muito confuso o restaurante com crianças a correr sem serem alertadas para se comportarem.

Grwat hotel and location.
Pros:

Very well kept hotel with nice view from the top floor rooms. Cosmetics are Rituals and there is a filled in complimentary minibar with some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. A lot of nice restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small.

Cons:

Why was the air conditioning turned off even though it’s hot outside? Citing sustainability while leaving guests uncomfortable in the heat isn’t what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. Customer comfort should always come first. Also, the breakfast options were quite limited.

Boa localização e camas confortáveis, mas a estadia foi prejudicada pela falta de ar condicionado.
Pros:

A localização é excelente para quem pretende explorar o centro de Praga e também a zona do Parque Prater, estando a poucos minutos dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.
Nas proximidades do hotel há diversas opções de cafés, pequenos-almoços e restaurantes, o que se revelou bastante conveniente — especialmente tendo em conta que o pequeno-almoço do hotel é relativamente caro.

Cons:

O quarto apresentava as condições mínimas para uma estadia curta de duas noites, e as camas eram confortáveis. No entanto, o sistema de ar condicionado não estava a funcionar, o que acabou por comprometer bastante o nosso descanso — praticamente não conseguimos dormir devido ao calor.
Contactámos a receção para perceber a situação e informaram-nos de que estavam a enfrentar problemas técnicos, com previsão de resolução apenas no dia do nosso check-out. Ainda tentaram disponibilizar um ar condicionado portátil, mas já não tinham nenhum disponível.
