Pros:

Bármikor vissza mennék, nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, nagyon jó helyen van,mert akár gyalog, akár metróval minden elérhető pár percen belül. A reggeli is kiváló volt. Teljesen elégedett vagyok mindennel.

Pros:

It was clean and good location.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that didnt have slippers and breakfast staff never smiled or seemed like robots.
Reception staff not prepared to give answers as I had previously requested early check in through email and didnt got an answer. The same for late check out first they say ok and than no. Both services were wigh extra payment.
It was my daughters birthday and Easter day,nothing from the hotel,not even the wishes or small chocolate for kids.... disapointented.

Struttura nel complesso ok! Abbastanza vicina al centro circa 10 min a piedi e camere confortevoli e pulitissime, cortesi e disponibili i ragazzi dello staff

Cons:

GRANDISSIMA PECCA LA COLAZIONE!
Pochi tavoli disponibili e bisogna attendere per fare colazione.. inoltre i camerieri si dimenticano di chiamarti quindi devi essere tu a stare come un sergente in attesa del tavolo! Oltre a ciò come colazione Italiana davvero il minimo indispensabile.. mezzo cornetto, mezza Tortina e cioccolata sottomarca posizionata in dei bicchieri poco comodi.. per 250€ a notte lo trovo davvero misero.. mi dispiace

La struttura è confortevole ed in ottima posizione

Cons:

Per tutto il soggiorno non mi sono stati sostituiti i teli e gli accappatoi , la sera prima di partire ho chiesto la motivazione sia alla reception (il personale si è appuntato la disavventura) ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta concreta

Das Frühstück war ok. Habe aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel ein wenig mehr erwartet.
Am letzten Tag haben wir nur noch ein Badetuch gehabt, obwohl wir zu viert als Familie waren. Dafür haben wir aber einen Bademandel bekommen. Da ist was durcheinander geraten.

Vienna was beatiful but read reviews before you choose where to go
Pros:

It was clean and good location,easy to find.

Cons:

There were no slippers and I was traveling with my daughter who immediately noticed it.
Breakfast staff never smiled just did rheir job like robots.
I requested early check in and late check out with payment by mail snd no answer. And than I requested again at the reception and didnt get the same answer from different staff. Disapointment.

Çıkış yaparken valizlerimizi emanete bırakmak istediğimizde resepsiyondaki çalışanın tutumunu beğenmedik . Biraz alaycı bir tavrı vardı
