The hotel is very old and dirty

Had a great stay here! Spent two nights and, as a solo female traveler, felt safe and comfortable here. It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic). They also offer laundry service and massages, or can arrange rides for you

Location is not the best . Not many

I stayed at this hotel in Luxor and was not satisfied with my experience. The main issue was cleanliness: the room did not feel properly clean, and both the sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was basic, though some of the staff members was a bit friendlier.

I recommend that management focus more on cleanliness and improving the overall guest experience.

This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. There is also a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar with a fabulous view of the Nile and the rows of Sphynxes. The food is nutritious and tasty and very cheap. Best service I've experienced. Like having a home away from home

Excelente segura y confortable

The Front Office & Housekeeping team are the best. The breafast buffet spread is definitely wholesome. The Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful with simple requests from guests. The only issue is the tepid water in the shower. If you're not expecting a 5-Star luxury, this property will meet your expectation. Im definitely planning to return here in the next few months.

This hotel was the best hotel I have stayed in, the staff are the kindest staff I’ve ever come across (coming from someone well travelled) they were so attentive to my safety as a female solo traveler, the food was good, the beds were comfortable and the cleaners were always so friendly. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking especially at sunset! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody wanting an enjoyable stay in Luxor!

The location is great, friendly sevice. Free breakfast was great. $32 USD for 2 persons with free breakfast is a bargain. Nice view from the top floor to the city, the Nile river.

Update: they reviewed me on airbnb saying i asked for illegal services just to discredit the review, when confronted about it they said i shouldve talked to them instead of airbnb and completely dismissed their false allegation, im filing a complaint with the relevant authorities

Absolutely awful experience. The moment I walked in, I regretted booking. The dishes had hair in them—yes, actual hair inside the bowls. The carpets were filthy, stained, and torn in multiple places. The bed frame was broken, with sharp exposed wood under the mattress, and one of the drawers was falling apart. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or repaired in decades. The entire room had a strong musty odor, and the sheets looked like they had already been used. The TV was ancient and barely functional, and the overall space felt more like a run-down storage room than a guest room. Even the basic sense of hygiene was completely absent. I honestly felt uncomfortable touching anything. This place should not be in operation—no standards, no cleanliness, no care. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not even for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

GREAT hotel ...very basic but lovely helpful and considerate staff. Wonderful views and great location! The staff really looked after me...Big shout out for the lovely Essam and his colleagues who ensured I had my table with a view....Hibiscus juice...coffee and Omelette every morning...Mr Ahmed who ensured a nice glass of wine and my table every evening..Osama and the reception staff ...the porter ...all looked out for me made sure I had the best relaxing holiday.. The hotel seriously needs an update and overhaul..but that's down to the owners and they should be ashamed but their staff make it 5star in my opinion....Owners of Queens Valley ...update your hotel !! ..I am already looking to come back in August if not sooner !!

Absolutely awful. Intimidating staff, dirty rooms, manager asking for money like a begger you get on the streets, breakfast like prison food, poo left in toilet, absolutely disgusting AVOID!!!!They also try to charge you for coffee and a kettle when on the website it’s shown as free.

I stayed at the queen's valley for two weeks ,rooms were clean and spacious,room cleaned daily ,The roof top pool what can i say ,it was clean ,relaxing one of the main reasons i booked this hotel ,and i wasn't disappointed, the food and drinks are reasonably priced i ate there often ,management and staff are helpful and go out of their way ,to help,ill definetly be going back

We did choose this accommodation based on the location and reviews. The location was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. We loved the rooftop restaurant and had a dinner there every night of our stay (plus included breakfast, which was lovely)

We loved every moment spent in the hotel, the location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and last but not least every day the cleaning guy in our room had different decoration with our towels, which we thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

A centrally located hotel next to the temple of Luxor and the newly opened avenue of the sphinx.
Being so centrally located you will be at the mercy of the vale he drivers whichever way you turn, so prepare yourself.
The room had two singles and the bathroom was quite basic but functional. It was missing a shower curtain and the grout was last it’s best. I could hear slight noises from the next room but no too a problematic extent.
The staff were extremely good and helpful and one of them even helped to recharge my phone through his credit card and I paid him. I would stay here again but I’d have to prepare myself for having nowhere to hide from the caliche drivers and street hawkers here.

only offer 1 medium tower, no water preparation, you have to asked for it. Our first room balcony door not closing all the way and loud noise coming in. Cant sleep so we have to asked for room change. Luckily there is an available room. Overall should be 2* instead.

Room #302, is a twin bedded room. Very cozy looking, with fridge and the old fashion TV are working fine. I was glad that there is a news channel in English ~ CGTN. There is a little dinning table laid with tablecloth, but without a chair until I asked for it.

Somehow the room's kettle along with coffee/tea set has to be separately brought in. So is the bath towel. I was a little dense when these guys were waiting for tips😅

The hotel rooftop has a lovely swimming pool, of which I took a short cold dip after a day out in the sun. From hotel rooftop cafe, we can enjoy the panaromic view of Luxor Temple, and Alley of Sphinxes.

A night-shift receptionist was very helpful, and advised me on how to move around Luxor like a local. The blue&white van (with the doors always opened) cost LE2 each.. So I did just that, telling the driver when I wish to be drop off. Took the ride from Karnak (have to cross the road from the horses stable) to catch the van ~ OMG, efficient ride and a bit of sights of Luxor alleys and markets. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

WiFi is rather poor so I have to connect at the Lobby.

This was such an amazing place to stay, the building is beautiful, wonderful rooms bar on pool is fantastic. our room have a nice view overlooking to rams road, friendly and kind staff, delicious food.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable, it's real advantage though is excellent rooftop restaurant with fantastic view , and amazing tours operating from the reception, we had a great tour to the westv bank.
