Pros:

Great customer service by the staff the brwakfast also is great

No airconditioning they bhrought us fan the hotel doesnt allow you to have visitor after sia i mean its not like the persoon is gonna stay in but your on vacaction so why dont let the customer have friends for visit

Very happy multiple repeat visits. Highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean and spacious suite. Bed very comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room service was 24 hrs even though it didn't say that in the info. Rooftop bar beautiful.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pysznym śniadaniem w fajnym miejście Bogota!
Pros:

Hotel położony w bezpiecznej dzielnicy, uniwersyteckiej, ale z dala od centrum. Rewelacyjne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór, smaczne. Hotel stara się rozwiązać wszystkie problemy (mieliśmy problem z ciepłą woda, pokój został zmieniony, problem z toaletą po chwili rozwiązany). Dziękujemy! Bardzo pomocna, uśmiechnięta obsługa. Serdecznie polecam!

Cons:

Pokój na 9 piętrze nie miał ciepłej wody, zmieniono nam od razu na naszą prośbę pokój na niższym piętrze, gdzie już nie było problemów. Hotel z dala od centrum, nie ma metra, jeżdżą tylko autobusy. Na piechotę 1,5 h, taksówką 40 minut.
