La ubicación es perfecta, muy central. El desayuno muy variado y completo, la atención del personal también es muy buena

Pas encore décati, mais vieillot... c'est sûrement ce qui explique le tarif peu élevé.
el personal del servicio del restaurante muy amables, la limpieza del restaurante muy buena. El encargado del restaurante de la noche tuvo la delicadeza de prepararnos una ponche típico y enviarlo a la habitación en la mañana. este gesto estoy muy agradecida, porque no sabía donde tomar esto, que me recuerda mucho a une experiencia de mi juventud.
La primera noche la pasamos mal, porque la habitación estaba descuidada y sucia. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación, todo estuvo perfecto excepto que la habitación era un poco mas pequeña pero eso no nos afectó.

The property is old and has room has bad smell from the minute I walked in. Also I was promised room with mountain view and they gave me room with no view. When I asked staff they said it’s because there is no availability
The location is good, but property is old and the elevators are very old some of them don’t even work
There is a bar area in the roof top, and I think it was nice to have a drink in the evening there.
The hotel's location was good, but the area around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe. The suite was spacious and included a kitchen, but it didn’t have any pans, pots, or utensils, making it impossible to cook or prepare anything.
The sauna area was closed, which was a bummer. I was expecting more breakfast options. Another disappointment was the room service, as the dishes were far from good and quite expensive.
Also, the suites are located so far from the elevators and the view from our suite was terrible.
