Front end staff was friendly and helpful!
Pool water was very cold, and smelled a bit off.

The facilities could use a spruce-up - beds, blinds, plumbing in less than top shape.

The room was nice and good location to where we were going
The pool was cold, the tub did not drain and we had wash clothes, sheets and pillow cases that had stains.
I travel often for business and stay at Hilton brand hotels all over the country. This location was very disappointing. There was dog hair all over my room, carpet, tables, desk, etc and one of the beds was completely broken. I asked for housekeeping before my second night, and no one came. The room (besides hairy) had a dirty bathroom floor as well. I will absolutely pick a different hotel on my next visit to Columbus.
Hotel is in a good location. The Easton shopping area is right next door. The rooms are in need of updating. The bathrooms are in fair shape. Grout missing from shower, very poor caulking on shower allowing water to drain onto the floor. Door molding loose and looks like it might fall off. After checking in I let the desk know that a vanity light bulb needed to be replaced. A day later I asked the desk for a lightbulb and replaced it myself. We were on the 5th floor, there are 2 elevators. One elevator button for the 5th floor did not work. We would have to push a different floor than wait for the second elevator to get to the 5th floor. Front desk was made aware of the situation. ( did not see any attempt to have elevator serviced). The breakfast area was clean and well kept. The issue there was the out of order sign on the juice dispenser, no orange juice available the 4 days we were there. No hard boiled eggs. Yogurt was hit and miss each day.
Overall seemed to be no interest in making the guest experience a great one.
Staff was amazing and so kind they hotel was very clean and breakfast was really good as well as the staff was so kind to our 2 little dogs which helped us feel ever more comfortable we will definitely be staying again location was great

Staff was so nice and was very clean breakfast was so good the staff was so kind when we wanted to extend our stay and helped us and made process quick and easy as well as they were all so kind with our to little dogs and location was closed to everything we was wanting to do

The staff member (a middle aged white man) working during breakfast was super attentive and friendly
(1) the swimming pool's water was so dirty and smelly (2) the waffle maker really should be replaced. not one customer was able to make a proper waffle using that machine because it sticks so much.
Bed was very comfortable room was clean air unit didn’t work came on in the middle of the night. Staff was a little unprofessional, but professional.
Because of my back ground, I noticed the following; automatic curtain not working, the toilet lacks a lot of pressure when flushed, and the tub’s faucet gear not closing properly and slowly drips non stop.

There was a big deal made that I tried checking in at 2:50 instead of waiting until 3:00 which I thought was ridiculous. The shower/tub and faucets were disgusting.
