Pros:

Posizione in pieno quartiere ebraico di ortigia, suggestiva e molto comoda per girarla. Staff molto disponibile e gentile.
Struttura antica, suggestiva ma che avrebbe bisogno di più cura nei dettagli.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Poca cura dei dettagli, in camera 1 sola luce (un'abatjour) per tutta la stanza, lampadina fulminata in bagno, la doccia avrebbe bisogno di essere rifatta. Mancanza di tazze e pentolino nell'angolo cottura. Pulizia sommaria.
Colazione potrebbe essere migliorata.

Trotz des Personals ein Haus zum Empfehlen.
Pros:

Ein hübsches Altstadthaus, stilvoll eingerichtet, ruhig und zentral gelegen.
Wir hatten Zimmer 12, eine Suite mit Blick aufs Meer und mit viel Platz.
Das Design rustikal-modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Das bewachte Parkhaus an der Via Vittorio Veneto ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Teuer (25 Euro pro Tag), aber man ist froh, wenn man das Auto sicher und in der Nähe parken kann.
Die jüdische Mikwe aus dem Mittelalter (heute ein Museum) ist im Haus integriert und es finden regelmässig Führungen statt. Alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Personal ist leider unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Beim Check-in waren drei Damen an der Reception, zwei haben uns nicht beachtet, die dritte war unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Ein Lächeln oder ein freundliches Wort kam ihr nicht über die Lippen.
Leider bietet das Hotel keine Informationen oder Services, die Reception war oft unbesetzt, auch in Zeiten, wenn sie eigentlich hätte offen sein müssen. Ein charmantes Haus mit einer etwas lieblosen Atmosphäre.

Niente di particolare, bagno piccolo, un po' diverso dalle foto, ma comunque struttura spaziosa e ok.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr schön ruhig.

Cons:

Im März recht kalt (dicke Wände, hohe Decken), was im Sommer aber wahrscheinlich eher von Vorteil ist. Duschwasser wird nicht wirklich warm.

Pros:

A localização é realmente ótima e a estrutura geral do local parece ser muito boa, mas como era baixa temporada não pareceu haver preocupação em deixar os espaços comuns atraentes para o uso dos hóspedes.
A cama é bastante confortável e o quarto é muito espaçoso.

Cons:

A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. Reparei que a o aparelho de aquecimento do banheiro estava bastante empoeirado. A calefação, por sinal, não funciona, e o aquecimento é feito por aparelho de ar condicionado (e não dá muita vazão).
Achei cerca de 4 insetos no colchão, que pareciam ser cupim (o teto era de madeira).
A cozinha do quarto que eu fiquei não tinha detergente e nem esponja e quando pedi por estes itens na recepção me deram uma esponja suja e um resto de sabão. O fogão não estava funcionando e todas as louças estavam um pouco sujas ou empoeiradas.
As áreas comuns estavam com aparência de abandonadas, completamente diferente das fotos.
