The room view! But we were out for the whole day so wasn’t a big issue.
Great Reception staff, good location, functional and clean. Rooms are very small. Useful to be able to have breakfast in the hotel.

I stayed here with my wife for 5 nights and absolutely loved my experience. The location is fantastic — Bus Stop #5 is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient for tour buses and the airport transfer. The seafront is right across the road, and everything in the city center is within walking distance.
One of the highlights was breakfast served at the rooftop bar, which offers beautiful views of the harbour and mountains. It was such a great way to start the day. The breakfast selection was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was well maintained.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information and assistance whenever needed.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reykjavik!
I enjoyed my time. the location was great (right in between two bus stops and close to downtown). my room was clean. the breakfast each morning was great and staff were very kind.
The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk took you to centre or along the harbour .

We paid extra for a sea view which was wonderful, and saw Northern Lights from our room. It was only a short walk up a hill to the centre of town which was very convenient. It was just across the road from Bus stop 5 for bus tour pick ups.

Das Bad war etwas kühl, es war keine separate Heizung vorhanden.
Tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato veramente molto gentile. La struttura è bellissima con una vista mare mozzafiato! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Compact room but well designed so it was just big enough for a couple. View over the harour and Harpa.Staff were very knowledgable and very helpful. Easy walk to Bus stop 5. Travel is really easy to the terminal where most tours depart from.Short 5 min walk to main shopping streets. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good, good selection, and good coffee.
