Quality!
Pros:

Such a great hotel for its value. Staff was super friendly and hotel was clean and in an amazing area. Right across the street from bus stop 5, which is perfect for those day trips. Ended up seeing the Northern Lights too from the harbor across the street too!

We would definitely go back to Reykjavik and Iceland to overture out into the country a bit.
Pros:

Great location near the Harpa Opera Hall and a short walk to everywhere.
The room was lovely and quite large with a nice bathroom and two comfortable chairs, a place to hang clothes and plenty of windows which opened.
The spa was very nice with plenty of towels, a thermal pool and sauna.
The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety and the bar/lounge was also very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is on a busy road overlooking the harbor and is noisy at night

Sijainti on erinomainen ja maisema upea ravintolasta.
Henkilökunta on auttavaista ja ystävällisiä.
Pieni sauna /Spa alakerrassa oli ihan kiva juttu.
Aamupala vähintäänkin tasoa hyvä.

Cons:

Parkkipaikkaa ei ollut mutta kadulta löytyi ihan hyvin tilaa.

Great location downtown and price worthy
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and location is as good as it gets. Perfect if youre mostly looking for a place to sleep and shower.

Cons:

There is a rooftop bar on 8th floor and we stayed on the 7th floor right beneath some party noises. The rooms are quite small and getting a bit tired.

Excellent location and buffet breakfast although not included in nightly rate. Hotel accommodated our early arrival and invited us for a breakfast while we awaited our room to be readied for us.

Great location and staff
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect—across the street from the Harpa concert hall and right on the water—easy walk to the downtown and some sights and museums.
Our corner room was very nice, although super warm and noisy at night from travel since we needed the windows open.
The staff were super helpful every time we interacted.
We arrived very early in the morning and for a very reasonable fee were offered to check in to the room and enjoy the buffet breakfast which we said yes, please. Then we were able to settle in and have a quick nap before heading out to enjoy the city.
A lovely treat was in our room to greet us-check out the photo.
