Cons:

No coffee in room, only herbal teas. Did ask for a quiet room, was given a room next to lift. The day before we were leaving , I asked the receptionist if it would be possible for her to book us a TAXI to go to the railway station the next morning for 7.30, she said she could do that, when asked how much it would be,she replied 45 euros.She asked if we wanted the taxi and we said yes as we had to get to the station early and it was a long walk in the heat. We went to our room and was not happy with the amount she said, so started investigating how much a taxi should cost. On investigation, the taxi cabs in Vienna are all regulated and cannot overcharge you, and different sites gave approx price of 14-20 Euros from the city centre to the railway station. When we went out that evening we questioned the receptionist about the price, she then said the 45 euros was for their own car and driver to take us to the railway station, I asked if it was a registered taxi, she then said if we did not want their driver, we could ask the receptionist in the morning to call us a taxi to the station. We did exactly that and it cost us 17 Euro.

Konumunu, çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü, yemeklerin kalitesi, odaların temizliği. Resepsiyondaki Lili bana çok yardımcı oldu.

Super fijn hotel en ideale ligging in centrum van Wenen
Pros:

De locatie was ideaal in een mooi zijstraatje van de grote winkelstraat van Innerstadt Wenen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. In dit straatje zitten ook enkele zaakjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet naar behoren. Het bleef toch nog redelijk warm op de kamer.

Das perfekte Hotel (wenn der Lift nicht wäre)
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und Top-Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fussgängerzone und nahe der U-Bahn. Ruhiges, sehr grosses Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Top-Frühstück mit Buffet, aber auch frisch aus der Küche. Besser geht es nicht.

Cons:

Der uralte, zu kleine Lift ist tatsächlich eine Schande für das Hotel.
