Pros:

Very nice hotel , nice rooms, near everything.

Cons:

The rooms overlooking the internal courtyard and the hotel café can be somewhat noisy at times, but not affecting overall comfort.

Es wird beim nächsten Aufenthalt hoffentlich wieder angenehmer.
Pros:

Es ist so ein tolles Ambiente mitten im Zentrum der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer neben dem Lift im Dachgeschoss ist nicht gut gedämmt. Auch gehört es bestimmt zu den kleineren Zimmern.
UND!!!
Das ich als (doch schon) Stammkunde für den extrem teuren Aufenthalt (ESC geschuldet) kein tolles Zimmer bekommen konnte ist doch etwas enttäuschend. Leider.

Rigtig dejligt hotel i hjertet af Wien
Pros:

Venligt og imødekommende personale.
Fin beliggenhed og stille omgivelser.
Alt fungerede bare.

Cons:

Elevatoren var meget lille, men sikkert indsat efter bygningen blev opført.
Lyset var lidt underligt. Enten alt tændt eller slukket, bortset fra en læselampe ved sengen.

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, and the breakfasts were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay

The only thing that could be improved is the condition of the rooms — we expected a fresher and more modern renovation

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer sind wunderschön!

Everything was so elaborate
Pros:

Definitely a very nice stay at the middle of the center. We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was also amazing. This has been our first choice for further accomodations.

Pillows are too soft.
