The best location and service
Pros:

The location of the hotel coud not be better. It is in the center with a pedestrian site. Walking distance to the museums, concert hall, shops etc. The breakfast was excellent, both buffet and a menu. I stayed in this hotel a few times and always liked it.

Pros:

The location was perfect - everything was within a walkable distance. The hotel had a charm and I appreciated the maintained historical detail such as the elevator and staircase. The spa was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Good selection of products in the bathroom.

Cons:

Lack of a fridge and coffee machine in the room.
The reception staff seemed friendly at first but were not very happy to accommodate my request for a double sized duvet instead of a single sized one. The attitude of the receptionists came across as slightly rude and we heard different responses such as “because you have a single room you can’t have a larger duvet” and “in austria this is how it is”. It was my first time receiving such an attitude regarding a basic request in a hotel.
