Ottimo hotel nel centro di Vienna a due passi dall’Opera e dai giardini
Pros:

Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Vienna. Possibilità di portare il nostro cagnolino pagando un prezzo onesto e con un suo cuscino e premietti forniti dalla struttura, dolci gratuiti nel pomeriggio

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare se non un problema al check-out legato al supplemento cane per un problema di comunicazione effettuato da un membro del loro staff.

Cosy et central, bel hôtel pour visiter la ville
Pros:

Hôtel parfaitement situé, tout étant immédiatement accessible à pied. Aménagé autour d'une cour carré très agréable et calme, utilisée pour le petit déjeuner - excellent d'ailleurs, ou pour un verre. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et très cosy. Un havre de paix entre les visites en ville.

Cons:

L'ascenseur assez petit et certains couloirs pourraient être rafraîchis, mais rien qui ne gâche l'impression d'ensemble. L'accès en voiture est un peu complexe, la rue étant piétonne, mais rien d'insurmontable, et on peut se garer facilement dans les nombreux parkings tout proches.

Overall excellent and pleasant stay, would come back again :)!
Pros:

The property is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We greatly enjoyed the remote controlled blackout blinds in our room. Staff was nice and the complimentary pastries were an excellent touch!

Cons:

The gym facilities and spa/sauna are clean, orderly and were incredibly pleasant to be in. However, the sink that was supposed to provide sparkling water, still water, and hot water did not actually have sparkling, and the gym itself is good for casual workouts but not much more. We also asked for a pillow off the "pillow menu" but they did not provide it (it seems they couldn't find it)

Cons:

Leider war die Sauna nicht temperiert. Das Personal konnte nicht die Sauna bedienen.
