Love the staff was very welcoming. The accommodating us even if we’re early. Easy to talk to, the hotel is clean and the distance from the board walk.

Don’t waste time and money
Pros:

Location was fine. Atmosphere is very poor. Rooms are smell like smoke and mildew. Definitely not worth the price paid. Noise level was very low. Amenities are non existent. The service was a negative -5 among some of the most unacceptable I’ve ever experienced. I was told I was an inconvenience by asking to move to a more suitable room. A request justified due to the poor conditions and misleading information provided about the room and property.

I had already paid for the hotel stay.
Upon arrival, Mr. Mike—the front office supervisor—asked for my credit card.
He then charged my card a second time for the same hotel stay I had already paid for.
I feel I have been cheated.
Please review my case and refund the second payment.
I booked the stay through Booking, a company that partners with you.

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and refund the funds to my credit card account.

I am writing this review with the hope people can save themselves some heartache. If I could give a Zero that’s what I would give. This is a Horrible hotel. The area is drug infested & unsafe. But this is the kicker, it was two of us, when we arrived at the front desk we ask that housekeeper do not enter our room, because they have the tendency of STEALING, so we plan to do our own cleaning & change our own sheets. Before we left the room we put the do-not-disturb sign on the door. Well, low & behold we come back to find out someone entered our room & STOLE our personal important items. We gave it the benefit of doubt that May our things was missed placed. After searching our things we discovered that one of the cleaning crew STOLE our personal important items. We didn’t complain until the day before we were to leave the hotel. Since the incident we got nothing but the disrespect of not addressing the issue. The MANAGER is grimy & GREASEY for allowing this kind of behavior go on in their establishment. This incident happened July 6th 2026. This Hotel is dirty in all areas. It’s a peace os SH…….T. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! As I speak about this I have yet to hear from them about this situation. I booked through Expedia, who tried to help by calling them several times. They continue to keep Expedia on hold for long periods of time not answering at all. KARMA is a BIT………T. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORSE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS NASTY HOTEL AGAIN🙁🙁🙁👎👎👎👎

Pros:

Nie wiedzieliśmy że nasza rezerwacja została anulowana. Miła Pani w recepcji była bardzo pomocna i miła. Wszystko zostało wyjaśnione. Polecam parkować na parkingu hotelowym. Na ulicach wieczorami kręcą się dziwni ludzie i bezdomni, lepiej zostać w hotelu. W hotelu jest security więc nie ma się czego obawiać.
