Unpleasant facility that needs major maintenance but the staff was accommodating.
Pros:

The facility was clean, and there was a nice large parking lot. The staff was helpful and understanding.

Cons:

First room we checked into was not made up (not clean, no sheets, no pillows). The second room we checked into had a toilet that didn’t flush and a sink that didn’t drain. We had to lift the top cover off the toilet and flush it manually. One of the outlets in the room was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. We got stuck in the elevator and the elevator was not shut down by the staff after we got stuck and informed them. Several other guests we spoke to got stuck in the elevator as well. The roof was leaking in the parking lot leaving a pool of ice and water right outside the back entrance.

Terrible, denied service, had to scramble to find a place to sleep that night, no refund offered.
Pros:

They turned me away because my wallet had been stolen that day. I offered to show a photo of my ID, bank statements, and several other documents to verify my identity but they refused saying "chatGPT can make those things". Now I've been trying to get in contact with the manager, Darrel Rich, for over a month and he has not returned my dozens of calls.

Cons:

I was denied service and now am being denied a refund because management won't call me back or transfer me to someone who will handle my case.

A nice place to relax after long walks along the beach.
Pros:

Convenient parking and friendly staff. They fixed the hot water issue promptly and the rooms were tidy and had everything we needed.

Cons:

I only saw the cafe open once and they barely had anything available. It was also a tad unnerving that our room had an adjoining door to our neighbors, although we ensured it was locked the entire time.

Decent place to stay close to all the action.
Pros:

Room was spacious/updated. Good location. Parking on site was affordable and easy.

Cons:

The bathtub looked dirty at first. After a closer inspection it looks like the bottom of the tub was just scratched up and peeling. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.
