Although many things were going wrong the staff did absolutely everything they could to accommodate you!
The air conditioning was not working in the hotel for majority of our trip and having to switch rooms was annoying

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was spacious, well cleaned, and the bed was comfy.
Several outlets either didn't work, or were loose enough that plugs fell out. The shower faucet was finicky, not working unless positioned at a precise angle.
Air conditioner was down. Wr had to find another hotel. The took a deposit and offered a refund that took long to come and it was only partiL refund.

The location was good. Rooms were a good size. Bath and shower were reasonable.
We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our check in time was 4.00pm. We arrived 6.30pm and still one room was not ready. We had to wait 15 minutes. Next we were out all day but when we came back room was not cleaned up. We had to ask for towels.
I've been coming to this property for years. Clean rooms, safe parking lot and friendly staff(Mike at front desk was very nice and attentive). You are next door to resorts. Once u enter resorts casino, there's an indoor walkway to the hardrock hotel. Prices are among the most reasonable in Atlantic city.

Por medio de la presente deseo presentar una reclamación formal por la experiencia profundamente insatisfactoria que tuvo nuestro grupo durante nuestra estadía en su hotel en Atlantic City.
Nuestra reserva fue realizada para un grupo de 14 personas, incluyendo varios menores de edad y un adulto de 70 años que padece una enfermedad terminal (cáncer), por lo que esperábamos un servicio acorde con las condiciones ofrecidas y con un mínimo de consideración hacia nuestros huéspedes más vulnerables.
Lamentablemente, nos encontramos con una serie de incumplimientos que afectaron gravemente nuestra experiencia:
1. Retraso injustificado en el check-in
La política del hotel establecía un horario de ingreso a las 4:00 p. m.; sin embargo, las habitaciones solo estuvieron disponibles aproximadamente a las 7:40 p. m., obligando a nuestro grupo a esperar cerca de cuatro horas.
Esta situación fue especialmente difícil para los menores de edad y, sobre todo, para nuestro familiar de 70 años con cáncer en etapa terminal, quien necesitaba descansar y permanecer en un ambiente cómodo. A pesar de que el personal del hotel fue informado de esta condición, no recibimos una solución prioritaria, una habitación disponible ni una alternativa que mitigara la espera.
2. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado dañado
Una vez logramos ingresar, encontramos habitaciones con el sistema de aire acondicionado averiado, generando una estancia incómoda y afectando aún más el bienestar de todos los huéspedes, especialmente de las personas con mayor vulnerabilidad.
3. Incumplimiento de la reserva con desayuno incluido
La confirmación de la reserva indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido. Sin embargo, el hotel nos informó que únicamente correspondían dos desayunos por habitación.
Our family stayed 4 days and 3 nights. We occupied 2 different rooms. I must say the location was good if you don't mind walking approximately 2 blocks to the beach. However, if you are traveling with elderly relatives or persons with walking difficulties you may want to make sure they have transportation to and from the beach. the hotel did not offer that service. The hotel offered onsite parking for $20 per day however, we found cheaper parking close to the beach. It would have been nice if the hotel could have offered a refunds or a reduction in price if you could show a receipt. We ended up paying $20 but also paid an additional $10 at a lot closer to the beach. The staff was very courtious, friendly and positive. Rooms were clean, however daily room service was not provided. It was on our last day during check out that the hotel offered select cleaning if requested. we ran out of towels, wash clothes, and no vaccuming even though we requested. You had to physically go to the desk to pick up items if you were in despirate need. as for vaccuming, they never showed. We were not informed about their cleaning service process at check-in. The A/C in room #1 was ok when it worked, but was very loud when the unit started, the toilet flushed extremely loud too! it scared me everytime. Also on day 2 the security cap on the key swipe fell off, the service desk said someone would take care of it and no one showed or took care of it. In room #2 the A/C completly shut down on day 2, no one came to fix it. As i was checking out, other guest had the same complaints regarding cleaning, a/c unitis not working and lack of follow thru As for onsite resturant, it never opened. No happy hour as advertised, no bar and no food and the ICE MACHINE was not working on multiple floors! - However the breakfast area was opened for limited breakfast items. And that's all i can say. Overall if you did not plan on relaxing in your room for long periods of time this hotel was ok. it was clean, but the little things began to add up and i don't think i will be staying there again. But i must say again the staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate guest. Maybe there was not enough cleaning/maintance staff available on the days we stayed.
Check in says 4pm but my room was not ready until 5:30. I wasted time from my vacation planning around he hotel's time.
