I liked the facility, but service was obviously lacking.
Cons:

When we checked in there was still garbage in the room from previous people. Don’t know if we had new sheets. The second day, our room was not cleaned or serviced in any way .

Pros:

Really modern and comfortable hotel, in a great area and staff are super helpful

Cons:

There is construction being done on the building across the road which starts at about 4am but that won't be forever and isn't much the hotel can do about that.

Hotel Stay Review
Pros:

My wife and I arrived on March 9th and were to depart on March 15th. However, due to the tropical storm here and the winter storm in MSP, we were unable to leave as scheduled. We flew standby and had to wait until today, March 19th to get a seat back to MSP. All of the staff here at the Outrigger hotel have been very accommodating. I would like to pay special recognition to Angie at the front dest. She was very understanding and helpful. She was always so kind, friendly and cheerful!
I would also like to recognize our room maid, Joyce. She was always very accommodating, kind and friendly. You are very fortunate to have such a fine and dedicated staff. We really enjoyed our stay with you! Thanks so much!

Great stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger! Yeu Wah did an amazing job as our host and kept our room in immaculate condition throughout our stay. We also booked trips with Blue Hawaiian at the hotel with Jjun which were great experiences and made our holiday even more memorable thank you!

Perfect place to stay in Waikiki
Pros:

Our family of five loved our stay! When we travel, we usually don't book a place in a city, but this experience was amazing. We can't wait to return! The hotel offered linguistic and cultural experiences that we will all hold in our hearts forever, including making pupae with Mark. Our room was immaculate every single day thanks to Sasha! We were a five-minute walk from the beach and had lots of excellent dining options. We came the day after severe storms and the weather and atmosphere were perfect, but we also are thinking of all affected by the storms and will continue to support them from afar.

Zero accommodations and the front desk will not help you out in any way.
Pros:

The location is nice. The atmosphere is nice. The rooms are absolutely tiny you can't turn around in the shower. You cannot bend over in the shower I'm 5'2 and weigh 140 lb. They close the gym at 10:00 p.m. if you want a microwave they charge you an extra $30 a night. You can go down to the front desk and ask to use the microwave you get a key you have to sign it out go an empty room use the microwave go back to the lobby return the key for the microwave and then go to your room and enjoy the food. They do not have free breakfast here they have a restaurant on the street The hours are super sketchy I walked in to get seated and I got completely ignored. I would not stay at this hotel it is awful.

Shandon at pool and fitness was wonderful!
Pros:

We actually stayed at one of the Sister locations but used the paradise hotels gym facility as ours was under construction. We were very impressed by amount of equipment. The only thing that could have made it better would be a squat rack. Shandon was there every day doing a very thorough clean. He was so friendly and welcoming. Overall making it a great experience!

Aloha lives at this hotel
Pros:

The is the perfect place to stay in Waikiki. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. I have been staying here annually for more than a decade, and want to recognize their amazing staff. Tracy at the front desk and Shandan at the pool were instrumental in returning a lost item, and Xi Li kept our room spotless…..already looking forward to our next visit.

Overall great experience
Pros:

Love the location, it’s walking distance to waikiki beach and all the shopping/dining. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool and gym was nice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I love staying here whenever I’m in Oahu.

Wonderful, Impressive Stay
Pros:

Loved it here, except for the weather, but can only blame mother nature for that.
The rooms were kept immaculate, thanks to Jessica. We never had to ask for a thing. The property is kept very clean and the staff are so helpful and polite. So impressed.
Our shower was small. Im a large woman and I struggled.
We were in room 618, facing the traffic and ABC store. Enjoyed people watching.
In a very convenient location. We walked to the beach, shopping and to restaurants. No view of the ocean, but that was ok with us.
Would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing two week stay at this hotel. The room was excellent and we were very fortunate to have Sheryl take care of us and our room everyday. She made sure our room had everything we needed, thoroughly cleaned, and was always super friendly!!! Than you Sheryl😊

Affordable price and great location 👌
Pros:

The location was amazing! Great fitness center and staff. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

The shower was a bit awkwardly small. The street-side noise was a bit noisy inside the hotel room late into the evening.

Great Service!
Pros:

Excellent service! Angie at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helped make my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping centers, and the beach.
