Nice location but had some issues with cockroaches
Pros:

Location was ideal. Next to international marketplace and target. Also next to restaurants and local shops.

Cons:

There were multiple cockroaches found In my daughter’s room. We took pictures and called the front desk multiple times, they sent maintenance up who were shocked at the size and they ended up offering another room but it was late at night and my 2 year old granddaughter was already asleep. Also, the room I booked for their family of 3 was a king suite and the room they were moved to was a queen. It was after midnight when they were all moved into their next room. They offered us a half credit on parking $100 and a refund of $200 but I paid over $3200 for 3 rooms for 4 nights. I felt for the inconvenience in moving rooms and also the size of the room not being the same, the hotel could have done more for our family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noisy. Last evening there the fire alarm kept going off and it took a while for them to figure out why. The room was noisy. There was a gargling sound coming from the bathroom, the noise from the hallways could be heard easily, and the main door to my room was crooked enough that when the lights were off in my room light still came through the door. The “queen” bed was the size of a double bed and the pillows were terrible.

Great Experience.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was priced well and it was very close to everything. The beach was only a block a way. We found a cute tourist shop as well, so were able to purchase souvenirs. Our car rental was just down the street. Everything seemed close.

Cons:

We arrived late because our plane was delayed, so we got to the hotel about 9:00ish and there was only one person at the check in counter. It was annoying because we wanted to grab the key and get to the room as quickly as possible. But I wouldn't say the wait was that long. We were just tired.

ロケーションがとても良かったのと、ホテルのどこも清潔でおしゃれでした☺️

Cons:

シャワーしかなかったので、赤ちゃん連れには大変でした💦
メインストリートに近いので叫んでる人の声が聞こえてきてうるさかったです。
ただこれはホテルのせいではないです。

Enjoyable stay

The location was good. Close to Waikiki beach, cafes, ABCs etc

Cons:

Our initial presentation when politely asking if we could check in - it was around 11:00am was to be curtly told it would cost an extra $75.00 to check-in. We had had an early departure from our cruise ship so asked if there was somewhere we might be able to store our suitcases was again to be told curtly that would necessitate us taking the lift downstairs again to find someone who would assist us. We are in our mid 70s and have never experienced such a dismissive “welcome” to a hotel. The receptionist (Tracey) seemed more interested in talking across the reception desks to someone who was obviously a regular customer or friend. Not the welcome we were quite expecting on our first trip to Hawaii and from what we understood to be wonderful Hawaiian hospitality.
Other than our initial experience we were quite happy with our stay.
We booked a day trip and a Cirque de Soleil ticket through the travel desk on the main floor and received exceptional service from the girl on the desk. I think from memory her name was Jules. Maybe Tracey could learn a few things from her on how to treat customers.

Good, but eating in waikiki is expensive!
