Cold have went better
Pros:

Everything looks good at the front desk area. There’s a burn up ashtray that needs to be replaced.

Cons:

You go into shock when you open the room door. It was a room for hearing impaired people. So, when the door bell go off. It sounds like fire alarm. Bathroom wasn’t clean, stained chair in the room. Broken lamp, crack shades, bed skirts need to be thrown away with mattress pads.

Look like a bad remodel. Had to lift up on entry door to room to get it to close. Blood on pillow cover. Had Luke warm water in shower and floor felt nasty to walk on with bare feet.
