Very nice hotel and nice staff. Breakfast was honestly really nice too ! They changed up the protein which was cool. Quiet place and close to many of the attractions in Carlsbad such as the Legoland and any beaches. There’s also a farmers market on Thursday's in Oceanside. Toilet seat was a bit worn lol but overall a very clean place !
Chris was outstanding with his customer service and displayed hospitality at a high level. He gave us clear instructions on check out, parking, pool hours and the breakfast bar. The room was perfect and clean and quite nice stay. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning was a bit loud
The staff was exceptional, very professional and friendly. I was sitting alone in the lobby waiting for family and without even asking, the young lady at the counter brought me a cold water…very much appreciated. The free breakfast was very good, lots of choices, both hot and cold. As far as the room, it was clean, however, the bed felt hard, they should give you an extra blanket, there is only a cover sheet and one blanket. The TV does not give you many choices. Because the hotel is right by the airport, it can be loud. When the air conditioning goes from cold to warm, there is a chemical type of smell, perhaps the vent needs cleaning. Our room was next to the elevator which made it noisy so it you have a choice, ask to be far from the elevator. For the price of the room, I feel we could find something more to our liking.

Room had a musty smell whenever the AC kicked in.
We booked our room, plus 2 other rooms, for one night after our daughter's wedding. We worked with Tatiana to set up an entire block of rooms for our wedding guests from out of town. Tatiana made the process so easy and checked in with me multiple times to be sure we had enough rooms.
Our room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the night. The hotel has a pool, which I didn't even get a chance to see, and a really good breakfast spread that is included in the cost. Everyone was pleased with their breakfast selection and strong coffee.
We also used the conference room after the wedding to catch up with relatives that were flying out the next morning. There was a misunderstanding on my part about the hours that we could use the room, but the employees graciously allowed us to use it after hours. The conference room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for what we needed it for.
All of our guests had an excellent stay. If you need a room near Palomar Airport or to access Carlsbad, this is a good find.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, they had a nice variety of options.
The light coming in from the hallway door was kind of annoying to deal with if you aren’t used to sleeping with light. Other than that everything was great.
