great hotel and staff
Pros:

this hotel is 5 stars because of the staff. they are amazin from chris the manager ( great person) , to jasmine to andrew. all are great. the lady who works in the kitchen is also so nice. free good breakfast, free parking, close to lot of shopping places and restaurants. you can even walk to some nearby restaurants. 10 min drive to legoland. 7 minutes to the outlet, the rooms are well insulated. some rooms have view on the airport, and its not noisy and its very cool at the same time to watch all kind of planes land and take off. pool on the smaller size but the jacuzzi is amazing. also they have clean gym

Big shout out to Chris who displayed the best example of customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel.
Pros:

Service was absolutely incredible -a large portion of the parking area was being re paved which left limited available parking spaces - Chris at the front desk went above and beyond - he apologized for the inconvenience and when we told him we were going to downtown San Diego to attend a Gulls hockey game and would not be back until late that night - he volunteered that if we would call him prior to arriving back to the hotel that night he would give us his parking place - Unbelievable! And he did! When we got back that night he was outside moving cars around to accommodate other hotel guests and he kept his word and saved us a parking space close to the front of the hotel.
Everyone else at the hotel was very cheerful and friendly and seemed genuinely appreciative that we were staying there.
The room itself was very clean and the breakfast fare was also up to Hampton Inn standards - all in all a very pleasant overnight stay and we will certainly stay here again later this year on our next visit to the area.

The overall ambience of this hotel was nice with the large, clean and comfortable rooms,
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Room was big, furnished nicely and clean. Staff was nice overall. Quiet.

Cons:

Staff member recommended a lunch place, provided me a brochure, and said it was walking distance and good food. It was a quarter mile walk, mostly downhill, but I did not find the place. I walked into a close by brewery and was told that the restaurant did not exist as a brick and mortar bldg but rather. it was a food truck that frequented their location and it would not be there that day. I took a Lyft ride back to the hotel incurirng that cost and ordered lunch via Uber Eats delivery. I told the young lady at the front desk when I returned that her referral was not a good one and explained the situation. She did apologize so I hope she does not refer that place to other guests.
The coffee maker in my room was missing parts. It did not have the tray to place the coffee pod in.
The black out blind got stuck when fully extended and i was unable to roll it up.

Wonderful Staff, great Hotel.
Pros:

The staff was very kind. Chris was able to accommodate both my friend’s family and our family with connecting rooms, which made the stay especially enjoyable for the children. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Christopher is great
Pros:

Christopher was amazing! He let us borrow a charge. Then our neighbors next store were extremely loud, babies crying. We had to get up early. Christopher changed our room and even came to us to bring the new room key!! Thank you for making our stay pleasant
