Always a good stay at Hampton Inn

Pros:

Chris Long and Jasmyne assisted in the front lobby, which caused our experience to feel like home a couple times we needed something and immediately they assisted us with smiles, professionally and with care I’m not familiar with the area. Cris was number one and help me get from place to place with the trainsz it was super helpful to be confident, reaching our destinations, knowing we were able to make every train. Jasmine was the last person we saw we left again. I felt like I was gonna be missing out on the smiles and the hugs from the wwekend

Best Hampton inn and suites!!
Pros:

This Hampton inn and suites is awesome and a great value!! They have the best customer service! The location is perfect, close to everything!! We had to update our room reservation and add a couple nights and they were so accommodating! Jasmin at the front desk was amazing!! The night audit was wonderful as well at check in! Just the best staff!! We love the breakfast and rooms are clean and fresh! We will continue to stay here over and over again!! Also, this location is close to so much, the beach, grocery, Lego land, and just south of Disneyland

VERY BASIC hotel. Can't believe that's all you get for $250 nowadays.
Pros:

Nothing. Will never stay here again.

Cons:

SMELLY room...Musty and possibly food smell. Unwelcoming lobby, hallway, and room were depressing. Never saw an employee except for a housekeeper that accidentally opened our door.
