Très décevant, chambre sale et dégradé avec présence de cafards morts et vivants

Emplacement super avec beaucoup d’activités autour, personnel agréable

Cons:

Cafards vivants et morts retrouvés dans la chambre, lit inconfortable, le toilette était défectueux, la chasse d’eau n’évacue pas correctement, la porte de la douche a failli me tomber dessus en voulant la fermer, certaines parties du carrelage cassés. Nous sommes donc aller voir la réception, on nous a précisé que cela était normal, qu’ils essayaient déjà de les traiter (nous n’étions pas au courant avant). Malgré tout, on nous a trouvé une autre chambre mieux classée pour le reste du séjour.

Good Budget Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at Primera Hotel. The location is excellent, with the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport all within easy walking distance. We were lucky to have a lovely sea view from our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was quick and smooth, the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. The hotel also has two swimming pools, which was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed the live band on Wednesday evening, and the dinner options were very good – the food was delicious.

On the downside, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and we felt paying for half board wasn't really necessary. On our first night, we were told we could use our dinner voucher for lunch the next day, but the restaurant opposite the hotel wasn't open for lunch, which was disappointing. The rooms are starting to look dated, the towels could do with replacing, and the mattress was sinking, making it less comfortable. There were also no telephones in the rooms.

Overall, Primera Hotel is a basic hotel that offers good value for money. It has plenty of positives, but in my opinion it's a little overrated. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in a great location and don't mind older facilities, it's a perfectly decent choice.

The person on reception was fantastic so friendly. Big room with a nice size bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The aircon wasnt very good so i was very warm in the room eventhough it was on full and coldest setting. The second room off of main room didnt have aircon.

Nei limiti del pessimo …..
Cons:

Abbiamo dormito nella stanza 415 . Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da una blatta che si è subito nascosta sotto il battiscopa . Pulizia scarsa , condizionatore rumoroso e da congelamento, la finestra della stanza si apriva con vista muro … sottostante erano situate kappr di aspirazione delle cucine con odori sgradevoli …. Sunto la finestra non si poteva aprire … finestra bagno uguale ….. i cuscini erano troppo piccoli il materasso durissimo con 2 letti divisi ma uniti in matrimoniale. Nota positiva l acqua della doccia era calda …..e alla reception c’era una stazione di ricarica per le borracce d acqua.
