Easy access to and from conference rooms and casino.
The after 7pm food option and no dinning. Had to leave the hotel.

I love everything just when i was in the pool some people where drunk and going crazy it was not good I wish they had someone to take care of the kind of people I had to get out with my daughter's because they where splashing water every where and fighting 😔
It was clean and comfortable room. I enjoyed the pool area the next morning for coffee before I checked out.
Too much noise from nearby occupants. My room was right next to elevator and I could hear the elevator ding very loud in my room. People on one side of me talked and laughed late into the night and then again at 3:30 in the morning. My room had an adjoining door to the next room and people on that side had their TV playing all night long very loud. I had to turn up my air conditioner and use earplugs to block out the sounds of other people.
Plenty of parking, safe environment. Ease and speed of check in. Room felt like home. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelt good. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of conditioning products. Towels were soft and clean.
The Chromecast did not work on the tv. Front desk was advised but did not get resolved. Not really a big issue due to that I was staying for one day. The other channels worked great.
Most sorry casino to visit in all of Arizona.they lack customer service and the waiters never offer drinks unless you tip them. The pay outs suck and they never let you win...if I could rate this review lower I would give the casino a negative 10.
Being able to just go down stairs to the casino. Winning at the casino was very nice.

Staff was great, the facility was clean and beautiful. Room was amazing, very comfortable.
I didn't like that I booked a room and told after booking that the pool was not working and being fixed. I was looking forward to swimming in this heat. There are no spa packages, tables in the casino are all 15 and up on the weekends. So expensive.

A representative of the staff! Very RUDE!!! Left my phone in the car that dropped me off at the hotel; asked could I use their phone to call my 📞 before the person got too far & it was a NOOO! RESERVATION & ALL ON MY PHONE! I WOULD NEVER BOIK THERE AGAIN! NOTHING GOOD ABOUT HERE BUT LEAVING!!!!
