Pros:

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! From the hotel staff to the casino staff. First time in Tucson and made me feel extremely safe!

I enjoyed the property very nice. Food was great.

Cons:

Check in could have been better. Check in is listed at 3:00 on website. I arrived at 4:15 and room wasn't ready. Waited 30 more minutes for room to be ready. No wall mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash in shower. I've stayed at cheaper hotels with those. The toilet paper must have been the cheapest anyone can buy, like cardboard.

Everything was good except for the fire alarm that went off at 1:00 in the morning

I really liked the pool area and the coffee shop location everything seemed to be in order

Cons:

First I'm glad you asked this question. I really feel that you should have some type of valet service for the hotel guests. You don't have valet service for the guests or for the handicap drivers your handicap spaces are so far away from the interest of the hotel you have to call for a golf cart escort from the parking lot to the front doors of the hotel

Pros:

Rooms are wonderful! Bed was comfortable! We’ve stayed before and it was just as wonderful! Executive suite is the room & the balcony has great views!
