Erholsamer kulinarischer Jahreswechsel mit wohltuenden Thermalquellen
Pros:

Tolle Lage im Grünen mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge, sehr gutes Essen mit großem Frühstücksbuffet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben die tolle große Thermalpool Landschaft und die Anwendungen sehr genossen.
Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder

Servizi interessanti, ma scarsa cura degli spazi
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. La hall dell’hotel è molto accogliente e ben attrezzata, con una zona giochi che include biliardo, ping pong, calcetto, scacchi, tavoli per giocare a carte e anche il tris (tic tac toe).
Colazione abbondante, buona e con un’ampia scelta internazionale. Molto carina anche l’area della piscina esterna di sera, quando l’illuminazione crea una bella atmosfera.

Cons:

L’ambiente esterno non è particolarmente suggestivo: la vista è limitata ai tre edifici dell’hotel, piuttosto datati e poco curati. Anche gli spazi interni, come la hall, non sono ben mantenuti, con segni di degrado (intonaco che si stacca dai muri).
La spa prevede un supplemento di 10 € a persona sia per l’accesso prima del check-in sia per il prolungamento dopo il check-out, cosa che non risulta particolarmente conveniente. Inoltre, la spa presenta evidenti problemi di manutenzione, con presenza diffusa di muffa. A differenza di altre spa, manca anche un’area relax con tisane o frutta, che contribuirebbe a rendere l’esperienza più completa.
L’accesso agli spogliatoi della spa è poco chiaro e scomodo: per raggiungerli è necessario attraversare l’area piscina (sia interna che esterna) prima di potersi cambiare. Gli spogliatoi si trovano lungo un corridoio con diverse stanze ai lati, chiuse da tende; all’interno di queste stanze si intravedono letti di ospedale, scatoloni e vecchie attrezzature (come bombole di ossigeno), dando un’impressione inquietante e trascurata, più simile a un’area dismessa che a una zona wellness.
Nonostante fosse periodo natalizio e quindi di alta affluenza, la spa risultava eccessivamente affollata, rendendo difficile trovare anche solo un lettino libero.
Abbiamo inoltre pranzato alle 14 presso il bistrot: il menù “fuori orario”, disponibile a partire appunto dalle 14, indicava una decina di opzioni tra panini, focacce, pasta, secondi, ma al momento dell’ordine ci è stato comunicato che erano rimaste disponibili solo due scelte.

Non comlpetamente positivo
Pros:

Molto negativo le piscine termali. Grandi spaziose ma piene di famiglie con bambini che scambiano le terme, luogo di silenzio e relax, per parchi acquatici.
Troppo pieni di persone che arrivano anche dalle altre strutture.
Le piscine di un albergo non possono contenere tutti gli ospiti anche degli altri due
