Pros:

El hotel está muybien ubicado se viajas a Lima por trabajo, el estilo del hotel permite hacerte sentir en casa por la disposición de los dormitorios. La predisposición del personal es muy buena, el personal a cargo sobre todo Carlos Bautista, se ocupa de atender todos tus requerimientos y siempre está pesto para cualquier solicitud adicional para que tu estadía sea lo más agradable posible.

Una mala experiencia
Cons:

El desayuno para el olvido. Muy básico.
Ademas, el hotel ofrecía traslado desde el aeropuerto que no cumplieron. Culparon a Booking, pero jamás se hicieron cargo. Solo respuestas evasivas. Creo que por el precio pagado hay hoteles mejores y más serios con sus huéspedes. No volvería alojarme ahí.

Interesante opción en San Isidro. Buena ubicación y edificación, pero...
Pros:

Lindo hotel con una muy buena ubicación en San Isidro. Habitaciones cómodas y personal atento, típico de hotel boutique.

Cons:

Habitación con poca privacidad. Ventanales al jardín interior desde donde se escucha todo. Desayuno bastante básico para hotel 3*.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y agradables, la limpieza estuvo bien, y en especial, a nuestra llegada nos recibió una chica que estuvo en la recepción en las noches mientras estuvimos, excelente atención de su parte, muy amable.

Sconsigliato, scarsa pulizia e pessima colazione

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno accompagnati in una camera che dava l’impressione di non essere pulita. Sentore confermato quando abbiamo notato che il letto era pieno di uova di insetto, pensiamo cimici da letto. Ci hanno cambiato stanza ovviamente, ma ci hanno tenuto a specificare che se non fosse stato per quella situazione quella stanza avrebbe avuto un costo maggiore.
Ambienti maleodoranti, insetti, colazione di pessimo livello. Il primo membro dello staff che abbiamo incontrato al nostro arrivo non è stato accogliente e ci ha chiesto la mancia dopo solo qualche minuto dall’inizio del nostro soggiorno…
Ci é dispiaciuto molto, speriamo di essere stati solo sfortunati! Non un posto che consiglieremmo

Personale kan ikke engelsk og synes ikke det var et problem at der lå døde insekter på deres hotelværelser
Pros:

Det lod os skifte værelse fordi der første vi fik havde mega dårlig luft og ikke et vindue.

Cons:

Der var ikke rent. Det var døde insekter i gulvtæppet. Man kunne ikke lukke vinduet helt. Vi vågnede og så at der lå døde insekter på puderne og i sengen, som ikke var der aftenen før. Da vi sagde det til personalet, var det umuligt at kommunikere med dem da ingen af dem kunne engelsk. Og det virkede ikke til at synes det var et problem da jeg viste billeder jeg havde taget af insekterne. Umuligt at få kontakt med dem i forhold til at få penge tilbage
