Muy buena atención de agustina en recepción, muy cálidos con el trato

The room was nice, warm, and clean. They provided complimentary toiletries, such as toothpaste and other small essentials, which are very helpful for travelers. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.
En la habitación había todo lo necesario y era muy cómoda.
Había servicio de guardar los esquís gratuito lo cual era muy cómodo.
También la estación de buses al funicular estaba en la puerta.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Andorra to ski, and I’ve always had a great experience. This past weekend, I came for a solo trip and unfortunately had an accident while skiing that forced me to stop and return to the hotel early.

Agustina at the front desk and Gabriela from housekeeping were absolutely incredible—so thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a stressful moment. They helped me contact the ski rental shop to retrieve my boots and return my equipment, brought me ice for my leg, helped me pack, and even carried my luggage downstairs, among many other kind gestures.

Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located near public transport (the Funibus), as well as shops and restaurants. The staff truly make this place special—they are welcoming, attentive, and a real pleasure to interact with. And the included breakfast is a lifesaver!

A huge thank you to Agustina and Gabriela—you both went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a raise! 💸

Вежливый персонал, работает 24/7. Говорят в том числе по английски.
Огромная ванная комната, в моем номере по площади она приблизительно равна жилой комнате.
Кровать и постельное белье - средние. Есть дополнительные подушки и одеяла. Постельное белье меняют 1 раз в неделю.
Хорошие завтраки с 07-30 и плотные ужины с 19-30, без претензий на высокую кухню. Все напитки вечером платно.
В номере есть приветственные 2 стеклянных бутылки воды со стеклянными стаканами. Сегодня это редкость для отеля 3 звезды из-за обилия пластиковой тары. Также есть разовые: щетка для чистки зубов, паста, салфетки, палочки для чистки ушей и т.д.? все в картонных упаковках.
Остановки автобуса на подъёмник (Funibus, бесплатный) и в столицу (L2, =2€/чел) - совсем рядом с отелем, 20м. Ехать до подъёмника 7-10 мин., до столицы 10-12мин.
Есть наружная парковка во дворе под шлагбаумом по цене 15 евро/сутки

Esta excelente en realcion calidad precio, la habitacion es comoda, la camada muy comoda, nos toco una habitacion doble con vistas al estacionamiento y la montaña, seria la parte de atras del hotel pero igual muy bonito. Solicite cama doble y al llegar tenia dos individuales pero con solo comentarle a la persona de limpieza en un par de horas nos armaron la cama para dos y estaba super comoda. El baño comodo y limpio. La limpieza en general bien, y la atencion muy amable y la mayoria eran argentinos, se sintio casi como en casa :) Solicitamos la cochera para estacionar un auto y la fuimos pagando por dia segun la necesitabamos, bastante bien de precio creo que fueron 16 EUR desde las 12pm de un dia hasta 12pm del otro. Esta muy bien de ubicacion a un par de calles de un super grande y hay varios cafes cerca, el colectivo para ir a las pistas pasa al frente y tiene una parada ahi

La habitación muy ordenada y limpia, las camas muy cómodas y la comida del buffet super rica.
Ubicación buena a pesar de que el parking es complicado. Hay opciones para aparcar muy cerca. Totalmente recomendable
