Pros:

El trato del personal de recepción y buffet de desayuno fue excepcional. Además el desayuno es muy completo y tienen todo lo que uno puede necesitar antes de una buena jornada de esquí.

Cons:

El precio del parking.

Pros:

La atención del personal y la ubicación del hotel extraordinaria. Parada del bus al funicamp justo delante del hotel. Buena relación calidad precio

Cons:

El Internet deben mejorarlo . En las horas de máxima conexión es un problema. Se corta mucho . Y con la TV pasa lo mismo . Mala señal de conexión.

Estancia recomendable
Pros:

La Ubicación, la atención del personal y el desayuno es lo mas destacable, la único que podria añadir como recomendación es, como viaje con mi pareja, la cama nos hubiera gustado que se de dos plazas y no dos de una plaza. La limpieza es algo para destacar también como muy buena.

Cons:

estaba pintado y las paredes conservadas, respecto de las puertas del baño una mano de pintura o una renovacion no estaría nada mal, las puertas del balcón son de madera y necesitarían un plan renove por unas de aluminio o de pvc. El aseo era simplemente funcional.
Si invirtieran un poco en reformas lo amortizarían rápidamente.

The room was nice, warm, and clean. They provided complimentary toiletries, such as toothpaste and other small essentials, which are very helpful for travelers. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Ideal para visitar las pistas de Grandvalira
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.
En la habitación había todo lo necesario y era muy cómoda.
Había servicio de guardar los esquís gratuito lo cual era muy cómodo.
También la estación de buses al funicular estaba en la puerta.

Cons:

No es un problema del alojamiento como tal, pero es importante saber que en todo el pueblo de Encamp no ha parking gratuito. En el hotel ofrecen parking por 16€ el día.

Comodo para esquiar y no moverte
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno super bien, la comodidad de la ubicacion y la limpieza de las instalaciones

Cons:

Mucho ruido en el pasillo, parking caro (y tuvimos nosotros que palear la nieve para salir), nos fuimos un dia antes por temporal y no nos devolvieron ni el parking que habiamos cogido para el dia siguiente.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Andorra to ski, and I’ve always had a great experience. This past weekend, I came for a solo trip and unfortunately had an accident while skiing that forced me to stop and return to the hotel early.

Agustina at the front desk and Gabriela from housekeeping were absolutely incredible—so thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a stressful moment. They helped me contact the ski rental shop to retrieve my boots and return my equipment, brought me ice for my leg, helped me pack, and even carried my luggage downstairs, among many other kind gestures.

Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located near public transport (the Funibus), as well as shops and restaurants. The staff truly make this place special—they are welcoming, attentive, and a real pleasure to interact with. And the included breakfast is a lifesaver!

A huge thank you to Agustina and Gabriela—you both went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a raise! 💸
