الاستاذة نورا في النادي الرياضي و السيد عادل كانو اكثر من رائعين
السيد محمد رمضان في المسبح كان ودوود جدا
الجميع بدون استثناء كانو في الخدمة
فندقي المفضل في القاهرة دائما و ابدا

Scammers and cheaters ! Never come to this hotel ! Never book a taxi in Egypt on Booking.com !!!

I booked a hotel in Cairo — Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel on Booking.com. for April 23-24, 2026.
Confirmation number: 6962116531 — (see attachment).

Immediately after, I booked and paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel and back on Booking.com for €32.31.

€32 was paid from my Booking.com Wallet account, and €0.31 was paid with my credit card (see attachment).

However, no one met me at the airport, and I ordered and paid for a different taxi from the hotel.

I request a refund of the €32.31.

Also very good service at coffee shops

It is old indoor and out door it need complete renovation I noticed you have started this renovation in rooms
