zentrale lage, super nettes personal, sehr sauber, sehr gutes frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

sehr kleines zimmer für die kategorie superior zimmer, viel zu hohe temperatur im schwimmbadbereich

Da das Restaurant an die Systemgastronomiekette Zuma anscheinend untervermietet ist, hat man im Hotel keine Möglichkeiten, andere Restauration im Hotel zu besuchen. Im Hotel gibt es kaum Mitarbeiter, die die Landessprache deutsch sprechen.

Отличный отель в самом центре Китцбюэля! Комфортные большие номера, отличный спа! К подъемнику возит минивен по запросу! Есть своя парковка для авто! Вечером шумно и весело в ресторане Зума на первом этаже, но в номерах ничего не слышно! Отличный сервис! Рекомендуем данный отель, нам все понравилось!

Frühstück und Lage sind gut

Cons:

Sehr dunkle Ausstattung im Restaurant, zu niedrige Stühle und Tische, fast nur englischsprechendes Personal.

Cons:

Cannot regulate heating in rooms, hotel staff recomends "opening window", window leads to street where there is a lot of noise from people/bars/restaurants. There is also a lot of noise comming from hallway from other guestes and restaurant. Very uncofortable to sleep. Had to leave one day earlier than expected and did not offer refund.

The heater was on for the entire hotel , even if i switch it off the rooms were very hot and when I open the windows very noisy since I was in the first floor , couldn’t get quality sleep

Wasn’t bad but probably won’t return
Pros:

Nicely decorated and very good location in the centre of Kitzbuhel.

Cons:

Over priced for quality, rooms are too hot and it’s too complicated to control. Ended up having windows open and then it was noisy. Spa pool temperature felt cold due to the whole hotel being a sauna! Zuma take over the bar and restaurant on the evenings making it difficult to just have a quiet drink at the hotel.
