Important information:

Excelente alojamiento. Muy cómodo, personal amable, buen desayuno, excelente ubicación y se agradece la limpieza de la habitación a diario, al igual de los artículos de limpieza y el recabo de toallas.
Nos sentimos muy cómodas. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas luego del check out.

Habíamos leído que al estar en pleno centro de Miraflores, era un lugar ruidoso y si lo era, pero ya sabíamos antes de llegar. Llevamos tapones de oídos.

Pros:

Localização, quartos e café da manhã excelentes.

Cons:

Com a chegada de um time de futebol infantil, o hotel virou um caos pela falta de controle e orientação do pessoal da recepção.
Meninos na faixa etária de 6 a 10 anos fazendo muita bagunça e gritaria no café da manhã, utilizando o único elevador sem o acompanhamento de um adulto e correria nos corredores, transformaram o hotel em uma baderna.
O problema não foi a garotada, mas a falta de educação e orientação por parte do hotel quanto ao comportamento no café da manhã e nas dependências do hotel.

Suffocating at times.
Pros:

Good location in the epicentre of nightlife in Miraflores. Clean. Gym.
Breakfast is generous on some days, on other days when the hotel was more booked, there was no bread and no cutlery left.

Cons:

Not only it wasn't possible to open the window, there was no ventilation whatsoever in the room, nor on the entire floor, thus very sticky air and no oxygen, at times can feel like suffocating.
The hotel staff were friendly, but were not entitled to respond to the guest's requests, but need to pass them on to some back office. As a result check-in, after more than an hour waiting, the solution we found with the reception staff was declined by back office.

Muy buen hotel en una zona de alto movimiento, con excelente capital humano.
Pros:

El staff es atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar
La habitación es amplia y cómoda.
El servicio a la habitación es excelente.
La comida estuvo muy buena

Cons:

Al estar en una zona de alto movimiento, un alto porcentaje del bullicio nocturno del exterior penetraba dentro de la habitación.
Unas ventanas a prueba de sonido ayudaría con este problema externo.


Si bien existe AC en la habitación, las ventanas son fijas. La ventilación natural es primordial

En momentos en los que requería un wifi potente y fluído, la señal se caía.
Felizmente, el problema se solucionaba desconectándose de la red y volviendo a conectarse tras unos segundos o minutos.
