Important information:

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Non party days you may have no noise, but I would not risk it.

Cons:

Noise by the clubs, noise from the street, the very very loud megaphone pushing traffic to move, but in particular by the sustained used of the horn in cars up to 6am, party days there is no rest. There are no sound proof windows, worst night ever at a hotel, even though this is a chain hotel, they refused to move me to a another location. Price seemed good at first, but given the comfort conditions, it ended up being too expensive. When I made the reservation through booking , they wrote me offering a better rate reserving directly with them, it was a red flag that I didn't listen.

Very noisy at night. Two night clubs across the road kept us up all night. The noise didn't subside till 3am.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very noisy during the weekends.

Rooms are clean and spacey. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there are three night clubs just in front of the hotel. During the weekends you can hear the music until very late (early next day) even in the 9th floor.

I would fully recommend this hotel if you're staying during weekdays.
