Pros:

Beste Lage direkt am Kaiserwald und nahe der Kolonnade uns Promenade. Freundlicher Service, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider war die vegetarische Auswahl am Abendbuffet äußerst überschaubar. Am ersten Abend bestand sie aus drei trockenen Beilagen (Reis, Bulgur, Couscous) und gedünstetem Gemüse. Am zweiten Tag gab es immerhin noch panierten Blumenkohl dazu. Positive Ausnahme war das Salatbuffet.

Im Spa-Bereich fehlten leider Räume zur Erholung nach der Sauna und die Dampfsauna war außer Betrieb.

Außerdem durften wir an jedem Tag eine Wanze aus unserem Zimmer begleiten, Sauberkeit könne noch etwas besser sein.

Центр міста. Гарний сніданок, можна брати з собою смачне

Сусідів було чути, немає шампуня, басейн- прийшли увечері, думали плавати але 2 пари були дуже гучні шумні, прийшлося піти і більше не ходили, і це не був вихідний. Тобто позіцинування спа - немає , маленькі кімнати з сауной 2шт басейн маоенький' десь на 4 людини . Вана норм , тепло було, підігрів працювал.

Comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Location is perfect, very close to the singing fountain. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great included mimosas and a barista for coffee. The hotel is pet friendly and they had welcome snacks for our dogs.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr groß und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter am Pool/Spa hat mich zusammengeschrien weil ich es gewagt habe meine Schlappen vom Hotel zu trocknen. Die waren so vollgesaugt und ich dachte mir das ich sie in dem Gerät trocknen kann wo man die Badesachen trocknet. Es waren die HOTELSCHLAPPEN und keine Straßenschuhe. Er hätte mir natürlich sagen können das es nicht ok ist aber mich so anzuschreien und anzugehen geht garnicht. Ich bezahle Geld dafür um mich zu erholen und nicht um mir meinen Urlaub versauen zu lassen. Für mich war das Wochenende versaut und am liebsten wäre ich heim gefahren.

Чудове розташування у самому центрі.
Pros:

Чудове розташування у самому центрі. Великі просторі кімнати. Досить хороше харчування з можливістю взяти з собою смаколики в дорогу. Привітний персонал.

Маленькі вікна на верхньому поверсі. Несправна ванна-джакузі.

Snídaně úžasná, výběr ze spousty druhů pokrmů, nic nechybělo, krásné prostředí.
Hotel se nachází v srdci lázeňského prostředí, vše dostupné během několika sekund. Hotel je překrásný, nádherná budova, secesní styl. Už vím, kam budu jezdit do lázní na výlet.
