Pros:

Мы останавливались в этом отеле второй раз, и в этот раз были приятно удивлены как изменился отель в лучшую сторону. В номерах было очень чисто, дополнительным бонусом была косметика по уходу в ванной комнате от бреда Rituals. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает постельное белье - оно было просто безупречным, такого белья я не видела ни в одном отеле, в которых отдыхала. Что касается завтраков - все было вкусно, кофе от бариста было очень вкусным, также на завтрак подавали шампанское и вино, что тоже было очень приятно. Если еще раз будем в Марьинских Лазнях, то обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. Только у нас есть одно пожелание, если гости просят номер с одной двуспальной кроватью, чтобы это была одна кровать, а не две, которые постоянно раздвигаются))

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen!
Pros:

Die beste Lage im Marienbad! Das Ambiente des Hotels ist wunderbar! Immer sehr abwechslungsreiches und gutes Frühstücksangebot! Das Abendessenbuffet war auch sehr lecker. Tolles Bedienungspersonal. Das Hotel ist auf unser Wunsch für glutenfreies Essen wegen Zöliaki sofort eingegangen und uns wurde sogar glutenfreies Dessert sowie Brot zum Frühstück extra zum Tisch gebracht! Vielen Dank dafür! Es war auch ruhig im Hotel (überwiegend ältere Gäste, aber auch Familien da gewesen). Wir bekamen im Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene aus Versehen ein Kinderbadetuch (für Saunabereich). Wir haben an der Rezeption angerufen und 5 Minuten später stand schon das Hotelpersonal zum Austausch vor die Tür! Bravo! Auch Putzfrauen sind sehr nett gewesen und haben gut geputzt.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich, sowie die Saunas an sich waren sehr klein. Die ein Paar wenige Stühle/Liegen, die es dort gab, standen im Gang zwischen Saunas und dem kleinen Pool. Das ist weder gemütlich noch entspannend. Mehrere Poolmassageöffnungen haben nicht funktioniert. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war der Mitarbeiter an der Spa-Rezeption (er war täglich allein dort). Er war sehr unfreundlich und sehr grob. Hat vor uns ein Kind im Pool mehrmals angeschrien, uns hat er wirklich böse angemotzt wegen der Saunatücher, dass wir nur eins pro Person nehmen sollen, was wir nicht wissen konnten, weil darauf keine Hinweise gab. Wir vermuten auch, dass man ganz normal auch mehrere Tücher haben durfte, der Mann war halt sauer, dass er dort aufräumen musste, was ja sein Job ist. Somit war es auf diesem wirklich kleinen Fleckchen namens "Spa-Bereich" eine schlechte Stimmung. Zwar hat es uns gut getan, die Sauna besucht zu haben, aber entspannen konnte man sich in diesem sehr kleinen Bereich mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht.

Разнообразное меню завтрака.

Cons:

Грубые женщины на ресепшене. Хотя я сказала, что понимаю по- чешски, они между собой нас обзывали, хотя сами написали неправильный емейл отеля. Они испортили нам все впечатление от поездки.
