sehr freundliches Personal,
ausgezeichnetes Essen

Cons:

Room Service war schlecht - einfach nur die Decke zusammenlegen und die Kissen unmotiviert hinwerfen, ohne Laken oder Decke glatt zuziehen und ohne mal kurz Staub zu saugen ist viel zu wenig.

Pros:

Pokoje jsou pěkné, uklizené a dobře vybavené. Personál skvělý. Zvlášť paní recepční a číšníci a servírky v restauraci (nosící pití i ti, kteří sklízeli ze stolu). Nové wellness úžasné, zvlášť venkovní vířivka. Kontrast mezi 35°C ve vířivce a venkovními 12°C byl zajímavý.
Velice chválím, že ačkoli byl červen, tak se vzhledem k venkovní teplotě v hotelu topilo. To bylo moc fajn. Venku byla opravdu na červen velká zima.

Cons:

Do Horizontu už jezdíme pravidelně hodně let a vždycky jsme byli spokojeni. Nicméně v posledních letech (a hlavně letos), jak se hotel více a víc orientuje na děti, se nám tam líbí čím dál méně. Letos jsme odhadli, že rodin s dětmi je cca 90% hostů. Takže všude v restauraci v uličkách kočárky, v odpadkových koších na chodbách u výtahu použité pleny a hlavně do bazénu se odpoledne nedá jít, kolik je v něm dětí. Naštěstí nesmí do venkovní vířivky. Chápu, že hotelu se to vyplatí, ale zdá se, že si odrazuje hosty bez dětí, kteří si tam kdysi jezdili odpočinout. Ale pořád je to nejlepší hotel na Šumavě, který znám.
Také byl problém s doplňováním jídla u snídaně.
A problém, který prostě v tomto hotelu mám (ale může to být jen můj subjektivní pocit), jsou moc měkké matrace.

Skvělý pobyt
Pros:

Bohatý výběr snídani a večeří. Program pro děti i pro dospělé. Pokoje čisté, vybavení skvělé.

Příjemný pobyt v hezkém prostředí
Pros:

Příjemný personál , vynikající lokace a výhled z pokoje. Perfektní wellness a uvítaly jsme taky pozdejsi check out v 11 hodin .

Cons:

Pokoj měl na koberci skvrny, čekali bychom, že koberec bude před naším příjezdem vyčištěný . Snídaně byly viníka jící - bohatý výběr ale bohužel kolem 9 hodiny už nebyl sortiment doplňován takže výběr byl menší i když snídaně oficiálně končily v 10 :30.

Supertolles Hotel für Familien und Paare
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fing schon mit dem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service beim Einchecken an. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einmaliger Aussicht bis hin zum Bayer. Wald bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön wohnlich und ansprechend dekoriert. Die Betten sind bequem und man kann sehr gut schlafen.
Am Abend haben wir das Buffet genossen für einen sehr guten Preis. Abends haben wir noch die hauseigene Bar genutzt. Die Cocktails waren lecker und auch bezahlbar. Die Einrichtung der Bar ist sehr gemütlich und der Service war hervorragend.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurück.
