It was nice.
Pros:

Friendly staff, speaking English was very helpful. They arranged a taxi for me twice (who was great). Food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner, something for everyone! Although I don't have small children, it was very nice to see the family friendly vibe. I enjoyed seeing the kids playing with their families. I liked the bar, very nice. Playing cards every night was a great way to unwind and connect with my son.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a pool or hot tub. The sauna was very small and very hot. The walk to the ski bus was not what I excepted. I was under the impression it was at the hotel. I think it shopuld be noted that it's a 10 minute walk on a step hill to the bus that takes you to Ski Spick.

I ended up getting a taxi to take us to another resort to ski. But, that was based on the weather conditions. Sadly, it rained the entire time we were there. Planned for 3 ski days, we only skiing one day....Traveled to Germany to do it too.
