Pros:

We loved that the property was clean, our stay was comfortable and Destini was the best in regard to communication & helpfulness. We arrived 30 minutes early and she was able to not only accommodate our party but was able to place us in a room around the corner from our other party. We are super grateful and her professionalism & kindness did not go unnoticed!

Great place to stay for family!
Pros:

We like how clean and spacious it was for our family. Loved the location as well. We also loved the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be back.

My family and I liked our room. The breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and very nice

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and so many choices the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was space for my handicap family member I would stay there again

Cons:

I dislike that the kitchen had a sensor like was turning on with every movement for my family member that slepted on the sofa bed

Great customer service from front desk
Pros:

Both Leslie and Chris at the front desk went over and beyond. Aces!! Great, friendly customer service from both of them. It had been a couple of years since we have stayed here. There has been some nice updates to the rooms and other shared areas. Nice breakfast, bbq area and pool/hot tub.

Best experience for me so far in Carlsbad and San Diego hotels. I've been here more than 10 times.
Pros:

It is very good for people with kids. Everything are very good.

Cons:

The TV seems older and is not very easy to operate. It runs slow when you try to change channels.

Pros:

Great breakfast, variety of choices. Timing was perfect. Stayed open just long enough. Actually this was the best breakfast I've ever had in an all inclusive. Staff was charming, friendly, polite, professional and helpful. The property was clean but without many amenities and with construction going on, inconvenient with long walks to a working elevator

Cons:

Warning about construction or construction should not have rendered the elevators unusable.

Not very good… would choose somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Tv didn’t work. 3 days to get it fixed. On 4 dat stay asked for maid service one day. Couldn’t even restock coffee or empty trash. The area we stayed (rear) had worn carpet and mildew smell.

The room were beautiful, clean, easy to get to.

Overall Safe, clean, environment.

Cons:

We noticed that all the Privacy placard were stolen or taken off the doors, including ours for our room. Limited to two visitors for the pool. There were not enough parking spaces because some vehicles were taking up two spaces and the facility did not ask them to move to one space.
