NEW CARPET NEW PROBLEMS DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU CHECK THE ROOM
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE if you can avoid it. They recently went thru renovations and some rooms are still having issues with chemical smells due to carpet glue and other renovation issues. The hotel was done in phases which sometimes helps but we were on the 3rd floor ( Room 306 ) and this room was bad , not acceptable. I tried to work it out , they were willing to move to another room but I wish I just didn't book it now. My son is autistic and it would be a lot and he also has an issue with the smell and I think now its a moot point. They were not willing to adjust the rate or anything because the GM felt it wasn't necessary since they said they did renovations but were fully aware of the issues that can come and specifically with this room and were NOT willing to do anything to further help so now I am most likely going to have to move. So BE WARNED to check the rooms and I would try to avoid this property for several more months until the smells have had more time to dissipate.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and changed daily. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had.

Our stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of selections. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of our room was nice, in that it was quiet.

Facility was clean.

Cons:

Wifi hardly worked as it kept crashing when attempting to work on my computer and I was charged for parking twice for my car and my husband's per night even though parking was not gated or private. It was open and shared with the Hamptons hotel parking. I tried talking to one of the hotel staff about it but she just replied she had to charge for both even though it was our first time staying there and we weren't aware of the daily parking fee. Thus, service recovery was not even attempted and there was no manager on site over the weekend to discuss with.

Would totally recommend
Pros:

We had a very pleasant, albeit short stay. Location is decent, hotel decor interesting, rooms very well planned. Water in the pool could have been warmer, but it was still warmer than in most hotel pools. There is a hot tub too. Our kitchen corner was very well equipped.

Great hotel for a weekend vacation!
Pros:

The suite was clean and the staff was courteous. There are smart TVs to watch my streaming services. The A/C worked great.
