Lokalita pro milovníky centra města, sám hotel je malého typu - milé, až rodinné prostředí
Pros:

Ideální lokalita v úplném centru města na pěší zóně. Klidný malý hotel s ochotným personálem. Velmi dobrá snídaně v malé až rodinné jídelně.

Eigendlich 10 Punkte, aber .. ( eingesperrt)
Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach wunderschön von der urigen Ausstattung. Es mutet fast wie eine Burg an.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt Pflegeprodukte im Bad.
Ds Personal ist sehr freundlich: Wir durften (Areise mit dem Bus) schon eher auf das Zimmer.
Für den Abreisetag (4 Uhr morgens) versprach man uns ein Lunchpaket, also sehr serviceorientiert.
Toll!
Das Frühstück ist gut und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Für Abends haben wir auch gute Tipps für Restaurants bekommen.....Eigendlich alles perfekt....aber dann kam leider der Abreise Tag.

Cons:

Wir mussten um 4 Uhr morgens das Hotel verlassen, um zum Bus zu kommen. Dies war bei Anreise bereits " abgemeldet" und man hatte uns auch ein Lunchpaket versprochen.

Es passierte dann folgendes:
Wir kamen wie angekündigt um 3.30 Uhr zur Rezeption (24h Besetzung).Es war nur leider niemand da.
Kein Klingeln, kein Rufen half. Niemand tauchte auf. Das Problem: die Eingangstür vom Hotel war abgeschlossen und der Zimmerschlüssel passte nicht.
Wir saßen also fest und kamen nicht raus.
Wir sind dann durch wie Wäscherei des Hotels durch den Notausgang raus über den Innenhof und hatten Glück dort das Metalltor zur Strasse öffnen zu können.

Durch dieses "Abenteuer" hätten wir fast den Bus verpasst.
Und vom Lunchpaket haben wir auch Nichts gesehen.

Schade, der Rest war wirklich gut, doch diesen Stress braucht man bei der Abreise nicht.
( frage mich auch, wie das im Brandfall gehandhabt wird, wenn die Eingangstür von innen nicht zu öffnen ist ..... naja...)

Krásně rekonstruovaný boutiq hotel v centru města

Cons:

Příplatkový pokoj s krbem, který nešel zapnout, nefunkční odsávání v koupelně, na snídani míchaná vejce usmažená do mrtva, cena neodpovídající kvalitě, parkování louze ve vzdálených parkovacích domech.
