Pros:

Fantastic building and location right at the heart of the old town. Spacious and uniquely decorated room featuring lovely stained double windows that open to a bustling street downstairs. Spotless clean bathroom. Excellent staff at the reception providing thorough information and also helping with an early check-in.

Cons:

Poor wi-fi connection at times. Extremely soft mattress. Constant church bell sounds and some street noise in the room because of all the restaurants and cafes nearby (especially when the weather is good).

Burg mit kleinen Macken
Pros:

Okay, das Royal Ricc hat den Charme einer Ritterburg und man erwartet hinter jeder Ecke einen Bediensteten im mittelalterlichen Rüstungsset. Es ist alles mit viel Liebe hergerichtet worden, und die zentrale Lage sind klare Pluspunkte...

Cons:

.... aber es gibt auch einige Schwachstellen. Zum Beispiel die Tür zu meinem Zimmer, die sich nicht "normal" schließen ließ. Sie sprang immer wieder auf. Man musste daher abschließen, um den Raum zu verriegeln. Kein großer Aufwand, aber vielleicht sollte mal ein Schlosser ran. Weniger erfreulich war die Toilettenspülung, die nach Betätigung endlos weiterlief. Mal abgesehen von dem Wasserverbrauch, für das große Geschäft ist ein permanent leerer Wasserkasten keine gute Idee. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption hatte dafür zu vorgerückter Stunde natürlich keine Lösung, denn die Burg war ausgebucht. Überhaupt, es scheint, dass die Schlossherren gern mit jungen Leuten zusammenarbeiten, alle nett, aber schnell überfordert. Noch was? Oh ja, mein Fenster ging direkt zu einer Kneipe. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass sich die Lautstärke in Grenzen hielt.

Lage ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Hotel war selbst im angeglichen Deluxe-Zimmer etwas knausrig. Obwohl es mit "Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer" geworben hatte, gab es keinen Tee und pro Gast nur einen Kaffee-Tab für den gesamten Aufenthalt (jeder weitere Tab sollte 2 Euro kosten). Auch gab es nur ein kleines Fläschchen Duschmittel pro Zimmer für den gesamten Aufenthalt.

Excelente estadía en Brno
Pros:

Excelente estadía, ubicación ideal en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones cómodas, personal muy profesional y amable. El desayuno era excelente. Lo recomiendo, sin duda.

Cons:

Mi habitación estaba en el último piso y lamentablemente no llegaba la señal Wifi, por tanto, no tuve acceso a internet

Pros:

Дуже гарне розташування отелю в самому центрі Брно. Номери не великі але все необхідне в них є.

Cons:

Вікна номеру виходять на Паб в якому столики на вулиці і голосно навіть о півночі. Не можливо заселитися в номер до 14:00 навіть якщо номер готовий, бо хлопцю на рецепції все одно що ти всю ніч їхав та не спав. В нього є час заселення, а все інше не важливо. Дочекався ровно до 14:00 і одразу видав ключі. Трохи не клієнтооринтовно.
