The location is perfect right in the historical center. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was quite okay.
The place of the sockets (to charge th cell phone for example) could be better!
The location was outstanding and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruit, cheese, breads and eggs. The staff was quite engaging and responsive to our questions and needs.
The room we were assigned was on the 1st floor next to a bar where loud music was played until 1:30 am the first night. That was a Saturday, so beware of weekends if you are given a first floor room at this hotel. The WiFi never really worked during our 3 night stay. This is a dog friendly hotel which is fine but we found dog hairs on the carpet from previous guests and as a result, suggest the rooms should be categorized according to pet friendly rooms vs. pet free rooms. The room was a bit dusty in places and gave an impression of wear and tear over the years. For example, the ceiling had been decorated with gilded shields with various figures but pieces of them had obviously broken off and are in need of repair.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel (w szczególności Ondrej). Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór, wszystko świeże, ładnie przygotowane.

Pěkný malý hotel přímo v centru Brna u Zelného trhu na pěší zóně. Vynikající snídaně, zajímavý a netradiční interiér hotelu, velmi pohodlné matrace - máme raději tvrdší matrace a zde se nám spalo výtečně. Navzdory místu přímo v centru bylo po zavření oken ticho a bez problémů jsme mohli spát. S otevřenými okny by byl hluk, ale to je nutné na tomto místě předpokládat, ale klimatizace fungovala bez problémů a tak byla noc klidná.
Recepce nabízela i možnost vjezdu k hotelu pro vyložení zavazadel kterou jsme nevyužili, také jsme dostali před příjezdem informace o možnosti parkování v dostupných parkovacích domech.

Some rooms, not ours, had some problems with warm water. Plumbers were called and, even though it was understandable work needed to be done, started drilling at 7:30
The hotel staff was really friendly and always ready to help.
The location is great: it's in the heart of the city. But the hotel is quiet.
The room was dusty, and the toilet was not clean. It was located on a semi-basement level, with the window opening directly onto the street, so it wasn't really practical to keep it open.
