Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We booked this hotel well in advance for a one-night stay and received a confirmation number and PIN proving our reservation was confirmed. To make matters worse, the hotel had already charged our bank account before we arrived.
When we got there around 2:43 PM, there was already a line extending through the lobby, with people even waiting outside the door. After finally getting inside, we were forced to stand in line while the employee at the front desk repeatedly complained to guests about being short-staffed and exhausted from working the night before. Instead of focusing on helping customers, she was asking guests to leave positive Yelp reviews for her, writing down her name and the corporate phone number, and telling everyone to call corporate and complain about staffing issues.
While waiting, it became obvious that the hotel was in complete disarray. Multiple guests who had already prepaid for their rooms were being told they needed to pay again. Others returned to the front desk complaining that their rooms were dirty, the beds were unmade, or the sheets had not been changed. It was shocking to hear that guests were being placed into rooms that were clearly not ready.
After waiting through all of this, I finally reached the counter only to be told that I did not have a reservation—even though I had a confirmation number and the money had already been taken from my account.
This was one of the most unprofessional and disorganized hotel experiences I have ever had. There was a complete lack of communication, organization, and customer service from start to finish. No guest should have to deal with long waits, dirty rooms, billing issues, and reservations seemingly disappearing after being confirmed and paid for.
I would never recommend this hotel or this hotel chain to anyone. Management needs to take a serious look at how this property is being run and ensure employees are properly trained and supported so guests are treated

We stood for 2 hours in the queue in the rain to check in only to find that the hotel was overbooked and they didn’t have space for us although we pre booked and pre paid. There was only one staff to check in and one to clean the rooms.

First of all Kayla was amazing but her management left her alone in a sold out event night. We were staying for an event in town. Drove 6 hours to arrive only to wait outside in a line for over an hour and a half just to get inside the door. After another 45 minutes waiting we had to leave before checking in. Were told if we prepaid we had a room, only to find out they overbooked and we had no room. Never will stay again

Many bugs and filthy rooms, dirty and toilet clog, stained toilet bowl. The smell in the hotel and room are bad and dusty room and dirty . The staff that we talk to complained our room is mean. The stove not working

They wouldn't let us check in because they said their system was down so we had to pay extra for a room at another hotel. When I called the next day to see if their system was back up so we could check in for the rest of our booked and paid for stay, I was informed that because we didn't check in the night before, our reservation was canceled and given to someone else. We were over 3 hours away from home with no place to stay as every hotel was booked due to college graduation and last home baseball game. I am very disappointed and angry at the whole situation and DO NOT recommend this place!!!!

There clan air policy doesn't include mold. The first floor elevator area reeked of a musty mold smell that would make me nauseous
