Pros:

I was given a family room in the top floor, which could accommodate 5 people. Big bathroom accessible from both bedrooms. Clean carpets, bedclothes and curtains.

Cons:

Nothing really. I didn't use the shower or take breakfast so can't comment on those.

Pros:

Snídaně podávaná hned vedle recepce, bohatý výběr, vajíčka, párečky, šunka atd., nechyběly cereálie, lupínky, bábovka.
Pokoj prostorný, skvěle řešený stojan - police na oděvy a zavazadla, pohodlné postele, moderní zařízení, nechyběla varná konvice, set na přípravu kávy a čaje, nádobí, malá lednička. Vchod do hotelu z nákupní galerie přístupné z hlavního náměstí, nebo vchodem z ulice Široká...

Cons:

Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku, není co vytknout.

Skvělé parkování v podzemních garážích a skvělá lokalita.

Cons:

Překvapením byl hlavní výtah od recepce na pokoj - nejde jen o dlouhé čekání, ale i o nefunkčnost vizuálních informací ve výtahu. Na pokoji nejde z hlediska zázemí o promyšlený koncept hotelových pokojů/potřeb klientů, takže např. absence některých zásuvek je řešena prodlužovačkou, což je pro 4-hvězdičkový hotel zvláštní.

Nettes Personal, Super Lage, jedoch versteckte Kosten. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Versteckte Kosten und keine Reaktion auf meine E-Mails. Im Nachhinein bekam ich eine E-mail, in der stand, dass das Nutzen der Garage 15,- pro Nacht kostet. In der beschreibung jedoch war nur vermerkt, dass ein Parkplatz dabei sei. Auf meine Anfrage warum es erst nachträglich so eine Information folgt wurde nicht reagiert. Ich hatte auch nicht die Möglichkeit zu stornieren, das hätte ich sonst gemacht. Für mich hatte das inkludierte Parkhaus eine für die Buchung eine Priorität, da ich auf dieser Reise auf mein Auto angewiesen war.
