飯店老舊，浴缸沒有拉簾，洗澡不安全

Rezerwowałam pokój 3 osobowy, a jak weszliśmy do pokoju to na trzecim łóżku nie było ani materaca, ani pościeli.
Warunki takie sobie, ale adekwatne do ceny.
Nie podobało mi się, że nad ranem ktoś próbował wejść do naszego pokoju. Całe szczęście, że włożyliśmy klucz do zamka i mu się to nie udało... sytuacja zgłoszona obsłudze.

Na to že je to 4* hotel, tak jsem měl očekávání vyšší. Při ubytování stručně:
Děravý ručník
Koberec zašpiněný nějakou červenou barvou. Doufám že ne krví.
Matrace, která byla jako že fakt hodně přeleželá.
Židle jako bez polstrování, bylo cítit každé prkénko pod polstrováním.
Špinavé a děravé povlečení
Snídaně bez chuti, resp. Parky. Vajíčka divné barvy, jinak to šlo.
Blbě fungující okna.
Nefunkční lednice.
Rozbitá baterie u vany. Když člověk přepl na sprchu, tak ohodil celou koupelnu.
Absence minibaru.
Starý nevzhledný poškozený nábytek.

We paid €235 for a triple room and were very disappointed. The room was far too small for three people, with an extra bed added to an already cramped space, leaving hardly any room to move around. The furniture and bathroom felt very outdated, and the corridors were not properly cleaned. Even the refrigerator was difficult to open.

Parking was not included, and we also found the advertising regarding the hotel's connection to the main square misleading, as the hotel did not feel connected to or oriented towards the square at all.

For a 4-star hotel and this price, the overall quality and value for money were far below our expectations.

Vybavení už dost pamatuje. V koupelně chybí polička/galerie a také háčky na ručníky.

Der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer war katastrophal. Der Zweite wurde nicht besser. Das Zimmer stank, trotz offenem Fenster, nach Fäkalien und Erbrochenem. Man hielt es nicht aus. Am Empfang eine sehr junge Dame /Azubi?. War übrigens die einzige Angestellte im ganzen Hotel. Sie musste für jede Klärung erst ihren Chef telefonisch kontaktieren. Das Zimmer sollte mit Raumspray aufgefrischt werden, da kein anderes frei war. Kein Kommentar. Wir haben schließlich Booking informiert, welche sofort die Stornierung einleiteten. Wir können nur das bewerten was wir gesehen haben.
Für Truppen, welche sich hier einen schönen Abend in Budweis machen wollen, und das eventuell mit viel Alkohol, mag das vielleicht der rechte Ort sein. Das Zimmer hatte eher den Charakter einer Herberge. Jedoch sollte man dann hinterfragen, ob der Preis OK ist. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Pluspunkt. Wobei der Fahrstuhl dann schon wieder eher SAW III Charakter hat. Allen die sich doch dafür entscheiden, eine schöne Zeit. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat dafür ein großes Lob verdient, da sie sich trotz der widrigen Umstände und ihres jungen Alters, sehr gut geschlagen hat.

Die Lautstärke über unserem Zimmer,das ging meistens bis 22.00Uhr.

Bohužel parkování velmi v ulicích velmi nepřehledně oznacené a nikdo nám neřekl, že nedaleko je parkovací dům. Za parkování jsme zaplatili přes 700,- za 12h. 😞

Údaje o parkování by mohly být součástí nabídky ubytování.

Die Lautstärke - trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Lärm von offenbar feiernden Leuten auf der Straße sehr lange und sehr laut im Zimmer hörbar, was den Schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat.
