So uncomfortable with my children
Pros:

No we had a soccer tournament and right when you walk in smelled horrible like cigarettes and dirty

Cons:

Blood on the elevator all over my room ac didn’t work lights where falling apart and just very dirty walking past halls and rooms. I came out itchy not sure if it was because they let huge dogs stay there and there was lice in our beds

Fully equipped with a refrigerator and stove, suitable for both short and long stays👍

Cons:

They need a new luggage cart, or at least one of the wheels needs fixing, otherwise it will be very difficult to move.

Friendly staff, unkept rooms

Staff was very nice, very quiet and ac worked great

Cons:

Whole first floor smelled terrible. In the room we stayed in, beds were clean and bathroom was decent but everything else was disgusting. Had to ask for basic toiletries which usually come in hotel stay. Breakfast bar was ok, not a lot of options and coffee was out by 7AM. Just dirty headboards and disgusting floors. Made feet black had to wear shoes. Iron was broken in room also. Has great potential but def need upgrades.

Pros:

Convenience at check in. Room location and comfortable bed. Accommodations were exactly what I needed to travel with my dog and staff was also dog friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and doesn’t belong there.

I didn’t get in time to enjoy the property because all I heard was slamming doors all night, drug dealing people talking pounding on the walls walking back-and-forth, tweaking out doing all that shit and doesn’t realize that there’s undercover cops all around that freaking building every night, including renting the rooms, go ahead and do your party. We’ve got your picture. We’ve got your name and we’ve got your destination there Captain crunch’s Otherwise this motel is not worth a plug nickel. The best part of this is getting away from it on the freeway, it’s the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my entire life so enjoy. I would look somewhere else I would even go to Motel 6. I hear they got quiet roaches there.

Unhappy AND DISGUSTED GUEST
Pros:

Your grounds are dirty, cigarette butter all over. Not one gardener to sweep up the garbage outside. The "so called picnic area/barbecue was filthy and full of cigarettes. You need new dolly's for luggage. The hotel needs a complete renovation.

Cons:

Shower temperature gets warm, but just short of hot (where I'd want it) . Ironically the sink does get hotter than the shower. A fix is needed there.

Pros:

I am a repeat guest and pleased to stay there whether it was 5 weeks or 2 days. The staff is amazing and breakfast was served on time, coffee is hot and condiments readily available. Thank you Sahara, Monear, Diana I believe and the entire housekeeping staff.

Cons:

Smokers need to utilize the wonderful smoking patio area that is provided. I know understand why privilege are taking away. To the pet owners that don't put up after their dogs or the person that was lazy to empty the cat litter bin in the trash can. Empting right outside the door of high traffic is unacceptable.
