This was not a good trip at all.
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

There were bugs. There was only one trash can, no silver ware or cups, or napkins. The tub dropped all night. There was no coffee maker. The bed was old and dipped in the middle.

Corporate greed over ur comfort.
Pros:

The staff were friendly but this is place is disgusting. Pasted a room that had an open door w slfeces up the wall. Whole hallway smelt of urine

Cons:

Another example of corporate greed trying to suck every last penny out of everything they don’t even put shampoo in the rooms because they know if you have to go to the front desk and ask for it. There’s a percentage of people that just can’t be bothered to do that. At every opportunity where a corner can be cut and a dollar can be saved. It’s done. I will never stay at these hotels again.

Outdated, unkept, dirty and smelly
Pros:

Location was close to where I needed to go for a wedding

Cons:

Very old, unkept, smelled bad, carpets were very old and dirty. What they called breakfast was just coffee, muffins and packets of oatmeal with no bowls to mix it in. Looks ok on the outside but the moment you walk in, the smell hits you.

Cons:

Handicapped room means grap bars in the bath tub. And almost the far end of the second floor.
The toilet seat was loose. And the bed frame needed to be fixed.

Great Location for Shopping and Restaurants, Right on the bus route
Pros:

Location is perfect. Bus goes right by the hotel and there are lots of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Bus 302 Oceanside takes you within 4 blocks of the beach.

Rooms on higher floors overlooking a golf course are quiet with a great view.

If you want a full breakfast, Dennys is 2 blocks away. Target and a huge grocery store are also 2 blocks away. There is a Von's grocery store and CVS drug store that are an easy walk down the hill or take Bus 302 Oceanside. The Texas Roadhouse is 2 blocks away and has great food at a reasonable price.

My room was clean and just ask the front desk for dishes and pots and pans and more toilet paper. There is a Dollar Tree a mile away that is on the 302 Oceanside bus route so I bought my own big bottle of dish soap,

There are dogs and long stay residents but everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The laundry machines are expensive but bus 302 Oceanside will take you to regular laundromat.

This hotel is clean and well managed.
