Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem modernen, sauberen und komfortablen Hotel
Pros:

schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, angenehme Sauna und Fitnessraum mit einigen Geräten

Cons:

Handtücher wurden ständig gewechselt obwohl dies von uns nicht gewünscht wurde

A let down with the biggest factor being a building site going on right beside us and the staff
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the only things we really enjoyed although the staff that are greeting customers are never happy do not even say morning and when you’re on holiday that’s what you expect. Pool was good apart from it was salty. I complained several times about the pool bar and staff. Bar tenders one in particular I didn’t get his name was so rude again no greeting of the customers just what do you want bearly even looking at you. Then did not know how to make simple drinks that were on the menu ie. Peach Bellini I had to tell him time and time again how to make it, this is so repetitive and takes away from the relaxing holiday vibe and experience. Then to top it all off there was a building site with banging the full day while trying to relax by the pool if I had known this before I booked I would never have stayed here as the constant banging all day didn’t make for a chilled out pool experience, I do want a refund for this reason as I should have been told. Bar at reception was fantastic and these people made us smile with excellent customer service but it should be the same throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Each morning I was woken up by a dog barking constantly again no sleep was had, this went on daily I had a land view which was not nice as all away at the back of the hotel facin* houses so we did not sit in the balcony it was also dirty and not 4*. The dog was also barking all the time late at night and other guests said at the pool they also heard it all the time. I did not like the pool bar the fact I was on a building site sitting sunbathing with metal tips crashing constantly I didn’t feel relaxed. On my first day at the pool bar a staff member open the side door to let us into the restaurant where I got bruised on my arm with a huge mental part coming out the door my arm was in again and is still all bruised the staff got ice then didn’t really mind I was in pain not to mention how dangerous it was. I feel the staff really need training at this hotel to maintain consistency throughout the hotel.

Super comfort e zona lontana dal caos, per chi cerca un po' di relax!
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, camera con vista mare spaziosa.
All'interno puoi trovare tutti i comfort, più che un hotel direi un resort con 4 ristoranti e 4 piscine ( 1 delle quali interna).
Piscine all'ultimo piano magnifiche, con vista sul golfo!
Ci sono bar sempre aperti tutto il giorno fino a tardi anche a bordo piscina.
Super moderno, le camere sono molto silenziose e soprattutto la zona è molto tranquilla per chi cerca un po' di tranquilla dallo stress.
Comunque ci sono anche dei localini intorno all'hotel.
Tutto molto bello e super consigliato...troverete ogni comfort all'interno.

Cons:

L'unica cosa forse non proprio al top è stata la dimensione del bagno rispetto alla stanza stessa e l'asciugacapelli attaccato al filo,sicuramente perché qualcuna se lo sarà portato via.

L’insonorisation des chambres est un peu mauvaise, on entends à peu près tout les pas du dessus, la musique du bar de l’hôtel un peu aussi

Pleasant. Housekeeper Deepa and Rayat are very attentive and always keep our room tidy.
Pros:

Good location, clean, friendly staff and good facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby and an outdoor pool. I like the rooftop pool for adults who dislike children and noise.

Cons:

Room 622 can be noisy because the balcony faces the house with lots of dogs.
Dogs bark all night, which disturbs our sleep.
Cappuccino at breakfast was poor quality. It can be too crowded at breakfast.
Too chaotic outside with all the coach parking. No time slot for them to park, and sometimes when you order a Bolt taxi, you have to walk quite a bit outside the hotel, as taxis can't get into the front of the hotel lobby.

Pros:

Besonders hervorheben muss man die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war einwandfrei, das Essen abwechslungsreich und immer gut bis sehr gut.

Cons:

Zahlreiche Gäste haben sich nicht an die Regel gehalten, dass Liegen an den Pools nicht dauerhaft belegt werden sollten. Reservierungen mit Handtüchern waren der Normalfall, was lästig ist, wenn man nicht vor dem Frühstück bei diesem Spiel mitspielen möchte. Der einzige wirklich negative Punkt bei der Verpflegung war das Trinkwasser - das aufbereitete Leitungswasser schmeckt extrem nach Chlor - wenn man all-inclusive bucht, möchte man kein Flaschenwasser kaufen müssen.

The location is on a busy street separating the hotel from the seaside. There is no beach in front. It is a big swimming pool but no access to the beach

Pros:

Food was very good.
Sunday lunch in particular
nice pool areas.

Cons:

Not all the Bars were included as part of all inclusive.
The fact the main Bar stopped serving all inclusive at 11pm - drinks were then charged for.

You couldnt take a drink from the bar to the buffet for dinner without being asked to put it in plastic cups.
