Pros:

Pobyt bardzo udany! Pierwszy raz na Malcie i pobyt w tym hotelu zdecydowanie nam umilił czas 😊
Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, bardzo czyste. Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie - dziecko również.
Personel hotelu uprzejmy i pomocny, a w szczególności Pan supervisor Rayat i Rena.
Przy hotelu przystanek- wiele autobusów dzięki którym mogliśmy się przemieszczać po całej Malcie.

Pros:

Byliśmy drugi raz i jesteśmy dalej bardzo zadowoleni z hotelu, jedzenie może i się powtarza ale jak się jedzie na 7 dni to nie ma co narzekać,bo codzinnie coś nowego się znalazło,do tego frytki na życzenie dziecka były a nasz nie jadek prawie nic nie je poza nimi. Czystość na wysokim poziomie i obsługa również,naprawdę widać managerów czy na stołówce czy od sprzątania,chodzą podpytuja czy wszystko ok ,zawsze pomocni i serdeczni.Jedynym minusem jest nie dobra kawa na restuaracji, ale za to w hotelowym barze już jest smaczna ,szkoda tylko że do śniadanka pozostawała nam herbatka,może to kwestia gustu ale kilka osób miało takie zdanie jak my,no coś bez kawy da się przeżyć 😜to tylko taki mały minus. Basen duzy,bardzo ciepło w środku ,jednak temperaturę wody zmniejszono odczuwalnie do poprzedniego roku.Bardzo wygodne łóżka!🥰

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and even the indoor pool.

Cons:

Mattress disaster- both me and my wife had back and body pain when walking up
Too much heat in the room with the ac switched off. We can’t use cool to compensate and had to leave balcony door open.
Book for dinner on Sunday, no much choice, waitress not helping and on that day exactly after eating had stomach pain and vomting
Receptionist disaster- we had 50% off on parking, first he said that applied the discount and in fact was not true. The second time was applied on different time instance

God frukostbuffé. Mycket att välja på. Bekväma sängar. Välstädat.

Cons:

Lite bullrig matsal. Gillade inte att man måste ha på sig band runt handleden som inte gick att ta av. Väldigt stort hotell o inte riktigt i min smak men allt fräscht o bra om man gillar denna typ av hotell.

Lovely hotel, great facilities, great location

Amazing hotel!! Very clean and facilities were great, it has everything we could possibly need, staff were also great too and accommodating

Only a few small things
The outdoor pool wasn’t open, which I understand due to previous weather the weeks before
However we weren’t told this on booking.com at all or even when we checked in. This was one of the biggest reasons why we chose this hotel for the outdoor pool and slides.

Please make it an option to pay for meals at the deck and keel through your room or to be booked in advance in reception
Having to pay for your meal in front of people that are all inclusive when you aren’t isnt a nice feeling to do. We only used the buffet option on the first morning for this exact reason
When we arrived we were told we could only pay on the day at the restaurant or had to book our whole stay in one go at reception, not individual days
We decided against this as some days we wouldn’t of made breakfast in time

We also didn’t know this was an all inclusive option, as we didn’t do this as a package holiday, we didn’t know we could have done all inclusive.

The food was great in the buffet so if we knew beforehand we probably would have done this, but having the more flexible option when you are not on any food booking package could help May travellers. Why would anyone know if they want to have breakfast there every day for the whole stay, would have just been nice to book for days you needed away from the actual dining room

Aconselho este hotel, eu e os meus amigos ficamos muito satisfeitos.
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável e acolhedor. Atendimento muito bom. Qualidade preço excelente! Muita variedade no pequeno-almoço. Vista mar muito boa.

Cons:

Ar condicionado desligava sozinho e não refrescava bem.

Cleanliness, good value for monry, modern outlets and very convenient due to its surroundings.

Cons:

Unfortunately, noisy room despite staying at the 6th floor sea view. There was like an extractor/ventilator switched (i believe it is placed across the street) on all day so couldn t leave the balcony door open because of such annoying noise.

Spectacular! We can’t wait to return !
Pros:

This is our 3rd visit and we were very grateful for the suite we were given with birthday balloons and towel art. Spectacular! We can’t wait to bring our family to this hotel and are even considering a wedding here ! Thankyou to reception and cleaning team! Above and beyond our expectations. Forever grateful !
