Very relaxing

Very clean. Comfortable staff very helpful and has everything you need.

The lifts were always busy and being on floor 8 meant there could be a long wait.

Pros:

The hotel is ultra modern and has a lot of facilities for every purpose and taste: pools, restaurants, bars, activities for adults and kids. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room cleaning services (Hassan and Rajat) were always timely and high quality. We also received a free room upgrade as a welcome gift from the hotel, which was also very nice.

Cons:

The town itself is a bit boring, not much to do apart from what's happening at the hotel.

Pros:

Cette établissement est super bien situer un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel.
Le service de ménage est incroyable très propre et respectueux j’ai adoré.
Les piscines sont super 3 piscines j’avais une chambre vu sur la mer et la piscine c’était canon le séjour

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu moins moins de goût

Hôtel très confortable, bien situé et avec beaucoup de possibilités de restaurants
Pros:

Le choix des différents restaurants et le nombre de piscines. Le personnel était également très cordial, tout particulièrement les concierges Jatila et Sup Rajat.

Cons:

Une odeur d’égouts parfois présente dans la chambre.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel itself is huge. Plenty of lounges and to relax. It has 3 big pools my fav is the adult one the infinity pool at the rooftop bar area.
Prices at the pool bar are affordable.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

-Hotels may not be built for noise proof. Can hear staff upstairs cleaning. And it could be the customers too.
- As a 4 star hotel, they should have at least a porter to take your luggage. It was a bit of a struggle to take them upstairs as i have 2
-The lift was taking long to take you any floors it would take you 5/10mins waiting.
- I have stayed in the hotel for 3 days and breakfast seems pretty no change at all since day 1 the same thing each day.

very clean hotel very nice staff from start to finish very impressed
Pros:

everything breakfast and dinner pool staff cleanleness

Cons:

airport supreme travel picked
us up on arrival it was perfect communation by text but asked us to confirm return transfer to airport hotel phoned the number spoke with person line very poor no correspondence at all when i gave details by text from evening before and well in advance of checkout next day by supreme travel perhaps a lack of communitation or understanding not sure so the really helpful staff sorted an uber for us really nice chatty driver driver
not expensive considering the journey.

Je recommande cette hôtel qualité prix très bien.
Pros:

la chambre était très confortable et spacieuse propre.
L'hôtel en général très bien .
Le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

A l'accueil personne ne parlent Français alors que sur le site il est stipulé que vous parlait la langue Française...Dommage!!
Les piscines extérieur n'étaient pas chauffées et très froide.
La nourriture rien d'exceptionnelle souvent la même chose chaque jours .
