Unokákkal voltunk, teljesen jó volt a gyerekmedence.A felnőtt részt is megnéztük, tetszett.

Reggeli teljesen jó volt, volt mindenből megfeleleő mennyiség a tömeg ellenére.A személyzet mindig mosolygós, kedves volt.A szobánkat Abinash Karki rakta rendbe naponta, minden kérésünket teljesitette.Szuper személyzet!!!

Cons:

Nem fogadnak el cash-t a szállodában csak a szállás árának a kifizetését, minden mást kártyával kellett fizetni, amit nem szeretek.

Very good hotel but be careful with "all inclusive" and baby rules for restaurants and pools
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner buffet, pool facilities, gym, kindness of staff, room very silent

Cons:

Closed access to Minoa and Medusa restaurants with baby, same limitation with roof pool. As this applies I would have expected a discount at least. Soft all inclusive not including drinks at all (even water) makes this too expensive (especially as restaurants prices are high.

Very pleasent and comfy stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasent stay. Everything was just perfect. We were able to get extremely big room thanks to Joanna from front desk - she welcomed us, provided the best available room with a full sea view which was great. She provided a bunch of info about attractions near by, transportation, dining options and hotel itself.

V hotelu sva se imela zelo lepo. Imela sva nočitev z vključenim zajtrkom. Ob hotelu je nekaj restavracij, a najboljša med njimi je čisto zraven hotela - Trattoria Riccardo. Hrana je bila odlična, restavracija je bila zelo čista osebje pa prijazno in ustrežljivo. Hotel je zelo čist, tudi sobe so čiste in urejene. Zajtrk je zelo dober in izbira zelo pestra. Imate tudi možnost zgodnjega zajtrka, če imate kot midva zelo zgodaj let nazaj. Ob prihodu so naju spustili v sobo predčasno, saj sva prišla zelo zgodaj, dovolili pa so nama uporabiti bazen ter spravili so najino prtljago. Bili so fantastični.

A szálloda nagyon magas színvonalú szolgáltatást nyújt.
Pros:

A szálloda modern, minden korosztály megtalálja a számítását. Van gyerekmentes övezet is, aki igényli. Nagyon felkészültek, a nagy méret ellenére az étkezések gördülékenyek, két szinten is lehet étkezni.

Cons:

Az esti korzózáshoz sokat kell sétálni.

I had a wonderful stay at AX Odycy in Malta, and honestly, it was an experience I truly enjoyed.

A very special thank you to Yousra at the Front Office. Her professionalism, kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests really stood out. She is exactly the kind of person you always hope to meet when staying at a hotel. Someone who makes you feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of. People like Yousra are a real asset to any hotel.

I would also like to mention Kul at the Front Office, who welcomed us upon arrival. Thank you for the warm welcome and professional service. I’m sorry that I forgot the name of the gentleman who cleaned my room, but I truly hope this message reaches him as well. He was extremely helpful, hardworking, and always made sure the room was perfectly clean.

The staff in general were respectful, friendly, and very professional.
