Amazing Palace!!
Pros:

Bonerowski Palace is located in the main Old Town square and is a great base to go exploring all over. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, took us to our room and ensured our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The atmosphere was very calming.
The rooms were brilliantly equipped, plenty of storage space and amenities including dressing gowns,toiletries and air conditioning. The only downside was 2 single beds and not a double but thats luck of the draw.
Value for money was excellent, staying in Krakow for 3 nights with breakfast included including flights was only £900. With this being a 5 star hotel that is great value for money. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel and little to no noise heard throughout.
Breakfast was also amazing with all you can eat continental aswell as ordering from a hor menu.

Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Bonerowski Palace Boutique Hotel for two nights in Kraków, and overall it was an excellent experience. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Everything else was truly spot on.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the shower. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, which made it uncomfortable to have a proper shower. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a fixed overhead shower or a more practical setup. I hope this is not the case in all rooms, as it's something the hotel should definitely improve.

Apart from that one issue, everything else was fantastic, and I would happily stay here again.
