موقع وفخامة
Pros:

يتمتع الفندق بموقع متميز في وسط المدينة مقابل الساحة، وتتميز الغرف برحابتها ونظافتها واهتمام طاقم العمل بترتيبها.
كما أن قربه من الأماكن السياحية يغني السائح عن الحاجة إلى سيارة، مع توفر عربات "جولف" وسيارات أجرة لخدمة النزلاء.

Cons:

تبلغ تكلفة موقف السيارات 150 زلوتي يومياً وهذا رقم كبير، أيضاً وجبة الإفطار محدودة وغير متنوعة.

A gem of a hotel in Krakow - well worth a visit
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel. Staff were very cheerful and really helpful. My room was lovely and very spacious. Despite the Old Town location it was really quiet inside which was wonderful. Fabulous breakfast with a wide range of cold items plus hot items cooked to order. I will be returning.

Zero customer service skills here from staff!
Pros:

The location and the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bedroom decor might not be to everyone's taste, but you can see the photos for yourself. We arrived late on Thursday night and the 2 gentlemen at reception were very pleasant and helpful. However, we had a few incidents with other young female members of staff (Breakfast area and outside bar area) who were just extremely rude. We had two separate incidents from two different members of staff where they manor would have been classed as unacceptable to a random person, let alone a guest at their hotel that they were representing. One incident you can overlook, when it happened again we choose to have our meals and drinks elsewhere..

Exceptional hotel with amazing staff in a fabulous location!
Pros:

Fantastic property in the best location right on the main square. Whilst an older property it is immaculately maintained with stunning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast should not be missed - al la carte hot food to order and full cold buffet. The restaurant is also good with outside seating in the square.

Refined elegance in the best location with delicious food.
Pros:

Can’t get a better location for exploring the city. Right on the main market square where so many landmarks are and easily able to walk to many others.
Beautiful architecture and interior. Is a period property so there’s no power shower but if that’s what you want, this isn’t the hotel for you.
Gorgeous food. Was applying for entry to the Michelin Guide while we were there.
Hotel Manager, Marta, deserves a mention, making us feel special, nothing was any trouble, helping with directions.
Fully recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Ужасный опыт. Я забронировала через Booking.com более дорогой люкс-номер с балконом на 3 ночи, но на месте выяснилось, что балконом пользоваться нельзя из-за ремонта. Отель не сообщил об этом заранее ни до оплаты, ни даже во время заселения. Номер не соответствовал описанию, за которое были оплачены деньги.
Альтернативный номер клиентам не предложили. Вместо нормального решения проблемы нам фактически предложили смириться, молчать и ждать. При этом клиент сразу предупредил: если альтернативного номера нет, мы просим вернуть деньги, так как предоставленный номер не соответствует тому, что было оплачено.
Деньги при этом удерживают, хотя оплаченная услуга не была предоставлена. Это полный обман клиента. Отдельно хочу отметить поведение менеджера: она абсолютно не соответствует своей должности. Менеджер не смогла решить проблему, не предложила реальной альтернативы, только стояла и улыбалась, а позже отель начал искажать ситуацию и делать вид, будто какая-то альтернатива была предложена.
На месте владельца гостиницы я бы в тот же день уволила такого менеджера, чтобы она не портила репутацию отеля. Правильным решением было бы вернуть деньги клиенту, а не искать ложные оправдания и перекладывать вину на клиента.
Это не 5-звёздочный отель. Не рекомендую.
