The location of this hotel is excellent—perfectly central for exploring the city. The facade and common areas have truly beautiful architecture, and our room was indeed very large and bright.
However, our experience was seriously marred by a completely unacceptable issue. We had a reservation for 3 adults and the provided bed for the third adult was a very narrow, substandard rollaway.
This is not suitable for an adult. It clearly indicates that the hotel has not seriously considered the comfort of guests booking rooms for three people.
It's a shame, because sleep quality is fundamental to a stay.
This is beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are artfully decorate and cozy. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
המלון ממוקם במיקום מרכזי במיוחד בלב העיר העתיקה של קרקוב, בתוך מבנה היסטורי יפהפה משנת 1541. התארחנו באקזקיוטיב סוויט שהייתה גדולה ומרשימה, מעוצבת בטוב טעם ומשומרת בצורה יוצאת דופן. השירות היה מצוין והאווירה במקום מיוחדת.
נקודה אחת לשיפור: להבהיר מראש שצריך לחתום על כרטיס החניה בחניון אליו המלון מפנה, אחרת התשלום הוא לפי שעה וללא מקסימום.
