Hotel room was immaculate and everything I would expect from an executive suite. Everything you could possibly want was in there. The cleaning staff, restaurant staff and reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, on the Cloth Hall Square. If you don't want to eat or drink in the hotel every night, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The breakfast was great. The location on the main square of Krakow was perfect.
The room allocated (Superior Studio) was very dark (side view of street off main square). There was scaffolding erected at the front of the hotel for maintenance (painting, etc) so a view of the square would have been impossible when we stayed anyway. There was only one pillow supplied, which was quite hard. The reception staff were very helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic. I can’t praise the hotel, its location and staff enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Don’t arrive for breakfast at the said opening time of 7.30am - the breakfast room isn’t set up yet and the young staff get very flustered
