Confortável, sem fumaça de cigarro, mas com alguns problemas no café da manhã
Pros:

Esse hotel foi escolhido porque era claramente dito que não se podia fumar no hotel e nesse aspecto a hospedagem foi perfeita. Em nenhum momento fomos incomodados pelo odor desagradável de cigarro em nenhuma parte do hotel, ainda que num dia vimos um resto de cigarro junto ao elevador de nosso andar e que fosse possível fumar nas mesas de fora do restaurante. No mais, a cama era bastante confortável e a limpeza diária do quarto era muito boa.

Cons:

A água da piscina era meio fria e não havia um local de banho com água quente que fosse misto. Até havia um no banheiro masculino e outro no banheiro feminino, mas que não podíamos aproveitar como um casal. No entanto, a grande decepção foi o café da manhã, especialmente porque chegamos ao Marriot de Pequim com uma expectativa alta gerada pelo período de 10 dias que passamos imediatamente antes no Marriot de Xangai. O buffet de café da manhã do JW Marriott Hotel Beijing tem grande variedade, mas a qualidade do serviço e das opções deixou a desejar. O leite integral ficava ao lado do leite desnatado, em garrafas sem rótulo dentro de uma bacia de gelo; era difícil diferenciar um do outro, e tínhamos que fazer isso pelo aspecto. Mas o leite era fraco, inferior a qualquer um que eu conseguia comprar na 7Eleven. O suco de laranja tinha um leve gosto de manga; havia pouca variedade de pães, e a baguete era sempre velha; queijos diferentes eram armazenados no mesmo recipiente e havia apenas uma ou duas facas para cortá-los, de modo que um vinha com sabor do outro. Quanto ao serviço... o espaço não era muito amplo, os talheres não eram trocados (eu precisava comer frutas com os mesmos talheres que havia usado para comer ovo, o que é uma bobagem em um hotel comum, mas inadmissível em um cinco estrelas). Poderíamos pedir? Talvez sim, mas é complicado porque a maioria dos funcionários só fala chinês. Havia a opção de pedir ovos mexidos com ingredientes adicionais, marcando os itens desejados em um papel disponível na mesa, mas os pedidos não eram entregues com a identificação; no último dia, eu e meu esposo pedimos os ovos com queijos diferentes e não sabíamos qual era de quem; além disso, os ovos vieram com catchup, que não pedimos e sequer era um dos itens disponíveis no papel. Enfim... muita variedade, mas pouca qualidade.

One of the Finest JW Marriott Experiences – Truly Exceptional
Pros:

As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I have stayed at many excellent properties worldwide, but my two recent stays at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing truly stand out as among the very best hotel experiences I have ever had.
I was very fortunate to be upgraded to suites on both stays, and the rooms were outstanding—spacious, impeccably clean, well designed, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, with great attention to detail throughout the stay.
What truly differentiates this hotel, however, is the service. Every interaction with the hotel staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and the executive lounge team—was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The staff consistently anticipated needs and made each stay effortless and welcoming.
The Executive Lounge deserves special recognition. The lounge is spacious, quiet, and exceptionally well managed. Food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options throughout the day, and the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. Both breakfast and evening offerings were of very high quality and comparable to (or better than) many standalone restaurants.
Overall, JW Marriott Hotel Beijing exemplifies what the JW Marriott brand represents: refined luxury, exceptional service, and a memorable guest experience. It is a hotel I would return to without hesitation and one I would confidently recommend to any Marriott elite member or business traveler visiting Beijing.

Excellent location and nice room
Pros:

Excellent location clean and upgraded room as you expect from JWM. Staff r pleasant and helpful. When I called for some extra water, they delivered them within minutes.

Не очень дешево, но качественно
Pros:

Марриотт он и есть Марриотт. Все как везде. Получаешь то, что ожидаешь.

Cons:

Окно из номера в ванную. И штора, опускающаяся не до конца. Оставляя нижние 15 см для просмотра того, что происходит в ванной. Крайне не удобно при проживании с детьми
