My families stay was ok for the time we needed it.
Pros:

It was very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The elevator did not work the whole trip. The stove top worked but the bottom did not work. The water would only get luke warm. The refrigerator light did not work. Did not like that the bathroom was in the room so you never have any real privacy if you need it.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Realmente todo me gustó del Hotel. Contrario lo que dicen muchas de las reseñas mi habitación era tranquila y sin ruido y el ascensor aunque si es antiguo funcionó bien todo el tiempo. Adicionalmente, debo destacar que tuve un inconveniente con mi vuelo que fue cancelado y reprogramado para el día siguiente, y aún así pude comunicarme con el Hotel sin problemas y no me aplicaron no Show, sino que me guardaron mi reserva para poder llegar tranquila. Adicionalmente a la entrada me dejaron un obsequio muy lindo con agua y chocolates de cortesía por el inconveniente tenido con el vuelo. El Hotel queda muy cerca de todas las paradas de bus, en una zona privilegiada de South Beach, donde es fácil conseguir absolutamente todo. Le agradezco mucho al personal por todas las facilidades que nos dieron

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es que hubo un día que olvidaron ponernos toallas de cuerpo en la habitación, pero eso fue fácilmente solucionado

Do not stay.
Pros:

I mean this in the least dramatic way possible, do NOT stay here. Whole place smells awful. “Pool” is disgusting and can fit one person. Towels were not clean, when they would even give us any. Room was filthy. Stains on bedding. “Housekeeping” literally did not clean. Did not change sheets. Elevator broken. Constant construction going on. Couch broken. Bathroom disgusting. I mean I really can’t stress enough how bad this was. Is also attached to Fat Tuesday, so very loud at night. Front desk not helpful at all.

Great service, value and location
Pros:

I had previously advised the hotel that we would be arriving very early following an overnight flight from LA. I had expected to have to store our bags and wander around till afternoon.

Not this place!
Front of house, Franco, managed to conjure up a room from somewhere and we were extremely grateful.

Not only was this the perfect start to our Miami Beach experience but we discovered that the room was supersized; had great facilities including a smart kitchenettes and was very convenient to local restaurants and the sights. Bed was good too!

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Pros:

He mahdollistivat aikaisemman sisäänkirjautumisen ja henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita, erityisesti Angel & Franco.
