Durante nuestra estancia alguien forzó la puerta y sustrajeron algunas de nuestras pertenencias. El hotel nunca quizo compartir los videos de seguridad para identificar al responsable y tampoco se hizo responsable por lo sucedido. Finalmente el último día el personal del hotel no nos quisieron ayudar con las maletas, a pesar de que íbamos con una bebé

It was filthy . It was old. There were stains on the couch. There were no towels ….the list is extensive

Bathroom facilities were poor.
First night on 28th Jan some bathroom floor tiles were loose.
On the second night only one toilet roll, no hand towels and no bath mat, and the toilet made a desperate noise when flushed.

Horrible Experience!
Don't ever stay there.
They put us in a room I had never saw on Booking.com, that I had never reserved obviously. And when I asked them for assistance and kindly asked to be moved to another room, receptionist was extremely rude and then decided to give me a silent treatment. I asked for manager but I guess that place doesn't have the one.
Absolutely horrible. We of course didn't stay there cause my room was looking at the basement and I simply didn't feel safe.
Do yourself a favor and don't ever book this place .

You need to at least have a regular antenna for the TV in the rooms to pick up local news and you need to have a designated parking area for the hotel clients. Also the door to the room had a gap in the jam so you could see into the room from outside the door

Очень шумный кондиционер. Даже зимой без кондера сложно. Уж очень громко шумит. Не было указано заранее что нужна будет оплата депозита. При заселении с нас взяли депозит 100$, официально через терминал. Прошел почти месяц. Не вернули пока. За это снижаю оценки

When checking in I asked management if we could stay in a more quiet room, as my youngest and I are both light sleepers. Managers confirmed that we can change our room to the fourth floor after a guest checked out the following day. Saturday morning, I go in to the office to confirm move and tell her I will be grabbing breakfast with family and wil check back once I get back. After lunch (12:15 pm) I check back with manager and she says the guest decided to stay until noon checkout and at that point had not checked out yet; she asked my to pack up our luggage and once the room was cleaned she would move our stuff into the new hotel room on the 4th floor. Later that day when we got back; our room was not relocated and I was told "they were overbooked". Honestly, that was a lie as we were told we would be moved to the fourth floor. I barely slept the 4 DAYS we were there as it was loud and our front door was broken, so I slept on the couch for security reasons.
Shower head was broken. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Our view from the hotel room was a alleyway with garbage and lockers for the employees.

Kredi kartımdan sebepsiz yere ekstra para çekildi. Kendileriyle yazışmama rağmen ; tutarı geri ödemediler. Bu tesisi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

The place isnt as nice as it used to be. They added a bar to courtyard area but it is essentially permanently closed, so it was better the old way. They didnt bother decorating for christmas like they used to, and there is no real pool to speak of, so its lacking. The room itself is pretty nice, but the flooring is starting to peel because its non-waterproof laminate flooring. Breakfast/ coffee is no good. They dump out a loaf of bread, and some jelly literally. Effort is down, and it shows. Couldnt bother to turn on the string lights in the walk way 2 of the 3 nights we were there.
