La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

- Me entregaron la habitación sucia
- son haciendo trabajos de mampostería ensima de ti, son pasando andamios por tu lado mientras disfrutas de la piscina
- el señor de la piscina regaño a mi hijo por que no se puede jugar balón en las piscinas y lo grabo con el celular
- en el bar de la piscina abren a las 12 si quiere un refresco frío tienes que salir a buscarlo por que hasta las 12 nadie te lo descasa y no colocan nada de música en el bar
- no puedes cargar nada a tu habitación todo lo tienes que pagar inmediatamente.
Realmente para el precio hay otros hoteles muchísimos mejores

Muy buena ubicación y restaurantes con varidad de platos.

Cons:

Servicio regular, 1 hora 30 min de checkin, cobraron todo por adelantado, no tienen minibar, no es inclusivo con personas en silla de ruedas, cero actividades para niños, debe uno andar con dinero porque no cargan nada a las habitaciones

́Nice hotel in the beach !
Pros:

Nice and convenient hotel front of the beach and in the busiest part of the island less than 10mn from the airport.
Nice and clean rooms, swimming pool and decent breakfast.
Specià thanks to Kinisha at the front desk who was awsome.
Recommended without any reserve.

Perfect hotel if you are staying in San Andres
Pros:

Wow. What service. The staff was everywhere and always helpful. There restaurants were stellar. The breakfast incredible.

The was some construction being done on the front door which was a bit aggravating but minor in the scheme of things.

Es costoso, precio elevado. El restaurante q es cafetería es muy caro y ese si tiene mal servicio, ese no nos atendieron. Nos fuimos.

Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, la cabaña es maravillosa, excelente el aire, la comodidad de la camas, la limpieza.
El buffet es buenísimo, muy completo.
La atención de todo el personal 10 de 10.

Cons:

Me gustaría que el hotel tuviera carpas en la playa. En esa zona el mar es muy lindo, el área es muy concurrida y es difícil conseguir carpa.
