Parabenizo todos os trabalhadores, com destaque a Judy pela excelente recepção, a
Dayana pelo maravilhoso serviço ao cliente e a querida e atenciosa
Lorena que auxiliava no café da manhã. Um carinhoso abraço nas três. Também destaco o café da manhã por ser um almoço pela variedade de proteínas( frango, gado, porco, peixe), sopas variadas , frutas, sucos, cereais, tudo a vontade e de ótima qualidade.

The restaurants and buffet were great. If you stay here at least get the breakfast plan.

I want to be accurate with my words. This place is not a hotel in the way a Hilton or Marriott are. This is more of a no frills Bed and Breakfast.

De ligging tov het strand en zwembad. Onze bungalow lag aan t zwembad en dat is met kinderen heel fijn.

Cons:

De vochtigheid in t huisje. Het is vochtig op het eiland, maar omdat de ramen aan achterkant van de bungalows niet meer open kunnen, blijft het vocht hangen in t huisje. Zonde dat ze er aan de achterkant iets hebben gebouwd. Ze hebben wel een ontvochtiger neergezet.

Un lugar en San Andrés donde siempre se puede volver.
Pros:

El servicio y la calidad de las comidas en los restaurantes del hotel.

Cons:

Que no se puedan firmar como en cualquier hotel de esa categoría las cuentas de consumo en piscina, bar y restaurantes.
Algunos precios de la carta son muy altos.

La infraestructura. El desayuno es muy bueno pero no todo el personal que atiende lo hace sentir a uno bien

Pesimo el servicio de las habitaciones. A las 4;20 pm no habian tendido camas. Al otro dia no habian dejado toallas. En los retaurantes el personal atiende muy mal. Es muy regular el servicio

Excelente hotel! Siempre limpio y oliendo rico! El servicio es amable y ayudan mucho! La habitación amplia, bien arreglada! Los desayunos son fantásticos, variados y completos! Me encanta ir y siempre que voy a SAI me quedo ahí! Desde hace más de 20 años voy cada año por su nivel de servicio, hospitalidad y calidad!
