Pros:

員工服務很好，但客房燈光昏暗、非常殘舊多年沒有翻新。多年前我到番禺出差都喜歡入住這酒店。但今次的入住經驗令我非常失望，感覺完全不值這價錢。下次到番禺工作一定不會再入住這酒店。

Great Value. Impressive hotel.

Built in 2002 as a 5 Star it is showing its years and the 5th star is a bit shakey. Staff are great with a stand out team member on most shifts. Download Google Translate before you go.

Short walk to Aeon Shopping Plaza. Across the road (pedestrian tunnel) from Metro station. 10 minute walk to a small plaza of restaurants down Kouan Ave. Not really a tourist district. Were there primarily on business.

Very clean - Great Service - Would stay there again.

Pros:

It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one.

The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall.

OK to stay for its location
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean. The furniture is old but useable. Will be great if they have newer furniture to blend in the hotel design. Very poor sound proof. I can hear horning sound even after 10pm till past midnight on the first night. The next night I can hear a group of people having motivation talk downstairs. Did not ask for room change as only smoking room is available.

The service was excellent. Even though many of them didn't speak English, they tried their best to assist us in the best possible way. The only drawback was that the room service menu was very limited

Pros:

Second time I’ve been here now. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside it’s like an ageing ‘China’ hotel. The interior is way beyond its best and is very dated. English isn’t widely spoken either with only a few staff members understanding or able to communicate. As a hotel for a nights stay, yeah it’s fine, but wouldn’t want to be here for a week.

전반적으로 편안한 분위기의 호텔임. 다만 가구등이 많이 낡았으며 관리가 잘 되지 않고 있다는 느낌이었음 직원들은 대체로 친절하였으나 고객응대에 대한 기본적인 교육은 다소 부족하였음.
그럼에도 주변 편의 시설등이 나쁘지 않아 출장 시 숙박으로 괜찮다고 생각됨
