Location and staff was exceptional.
I love the location, very convenient as it is close to metro and tram stations, restaurants and travel tours. Hotel location is brilliant. I’m glad they have an elevator.
I almost missed it because it does not look the same as in the photos. Totally different. My room got a balcony but I could not enjoy it and could not see a thing as the tree branches are all over it. And the room key is way too heavy.
The housekeeping team does an outstanding job. Every space was immaculate, fresh and carefully maintained. Combined with comfortable bedding and tasteful décor, the hotel provides a relaxing environment throughout.
This hotel offers everything I look for in a city stay: a fantastic location, spotless rooms, welcoming service and a charming boutique atmosphere. It left a wonderful overall impression.

This boutique hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style and genuine hospitality. The location makes it easy to explore Athens on foot, while the peaceful atmosphere provides the perfect escape after a busy day. The staff were consistently welcoming and eager to help with recommendations.
Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel. The room, bathroom and common areas were all maintained to a very high standard, making the stay especially comfortable.

The elderly man at the front desk upon checking-out was very rude & accusing us of having more guests in room for a 1 night 2 guests stay. Although I already acknowledged it was just my husband & I (2 guests) he continued to accuse us of multiple guests. It was uncalled for & left a sour taste in my mouth after a pleasant 1 night stay. Also, the 10€/per person for bfast is not worth it. Honestly, should be complimentary for hotel guests.

Sucio falta de higiene total/ sin mantenimiento /y cuando pedí cambio de habitación no me lo resolvieron.
Por lo que terminé por alojarme en otro Hotel.

Everything was well organized, from check-in to breakfast. The attention to detail, cleanliness and excellent customer service left a very positive impression.
The room was cozy, the mattress was extremely comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel combines classic style with modern comforts in a very pleasant way.
