Pros:

Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great.

A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite.

It would be lovely to label the food in the buffet - we were often left smelling it to find out what it what, or asking staff that kept disappearing and getting annoyed that were asking.

And some basics that are expected in this caliber hotel - tea options (we were given 2 on our first night and they were never topped up, usually one is offered a selection that are often replenished), to drink a cup of tea we always had to go downstairs. So couldn’t enjoy a quiet morning/evening tea on the balcony. Slipper in the room - felt a bit cheeky make us pay for them, nespresso machine - is also the standard these days in good hotels.

Questions and queries were often met with an eye roll and a reply suggestive that I have no idea what I’m talking about and this is the standard in such hotels.
Such as asking about a late check out (check out is 10.30am and if you want to stay longer, you have to pay 29€ or 79€ per person).

It’s these small aspects that make a stay feel comfortable and unfortunately

Ein nette Abwechslung vom Alltag, mehr aber auch nicht
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr erholsam, ebenso war die Kinderbetreuung sehr liebevoll. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Das Personal könnte zuvorkommender sein und der Essberreich könnte mehr für kleine Kinder bieten. Es gibt zwar ein Kinderbuffet, aber Nachtisch, Salat und Brot sind unerreichbar für Kleinkinder. Eine kleine Spielecke wäre sehr hilfreich, damit die Eltern auch ohne Kinderclub ein gemütliches Abendessen zusammen haben können.

Tolles Hotel, würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Top Service, sehr sauber.
Tolles Essen. Zimmer sind super ausgestattet.
Ideal, dass es einen Kinderbereich und einen Adults only Bereich gibt.

Cons:

Leider war das Dampfbad nicht sonderlich warm und auch der Pool hätte wärmer sein können.
Der Whirlpool hat gepasst von der Temperatur.
