Sicuramente è bella la piscina esterna e l'acqua calda è piacevole. Personale super cortese e buffet colazione fantastico.

Cons:

La struttura è datata e andrebbe risistemata , dall' esterno all' interno. Anni 70' e mai rimodernata. Lasciando stare l'estetica, la mia camera aveva la polvere per terra.
Inoltre ,persone che deduco tedesche , hanno fatto una confusione esagerata. Pensavo che alle terme c fosse silenzio...

Upon arrival we were informed that Hotel Splendid was closed and we were accommodated at Hotel Majestic instead, so this review mainly refers to Hotel Majestic.

The breakfast was excellent: a wide selection, everything fresh and well prepared.
The breakfast staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional , this was clearly the strongest point of our stay.

We are returning guests and stayed at this resort for the second time. During our first visit at the end of December, the overall service impression was much better.

Cons:

The rooms were disappointing. The interior is done in dark grey tones and feels gloomy and outdated. In several areas the rooms show clear signs of wear: peeling paint, visible ageing, and general lack of maintenance.

The beds were extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom plumbing was leaking, and overall the rooms are in need of cosmetic renovation.

Another unpleasant surprise compared to our previous stay was the service at the bistro. During our first visit in December, the staff were very kind and welcoming. This time, the staff seemed completely changed and were rather unfriendly, which negatively affected the experience.
