Sehr angenehm und gelungen Winter Urlaub.
Pros:

Sehr netter und kompetenter Personal.
Sehr gute Küche, Frühstück wie Abendessen in Menüform. Super leckeres Essen.
Exzellente Wellness Bereich mit getrennten Saunas für Erwachsene und Familien.

Cons:

Unsere Bett war sehr schmal und man könnte nur bedingt beidseitig ums Bett laufen.

Camera molto ampia e ottima spa

La piscina esterna ha bisogno di qualche sistemazione
In camera faceva un po freddo poi risolto con un calorifero aggiuntivo

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber.
Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist überholt. Die anstehende Renovierung ist dringend notwendig.
Jedoch können auch nicht so modern eingerichtete Räume sauber gehalten werden, was leider nicht der Fall war. Auch im Speisesaal fanden sich Brösel und Schmutz auf Stühlen und auf dem Boden.
Das Personal war sehr reserviert, fernab von freundlich.

petit déjeuner parfait avec beaucoup de choix
propreté de l hôtel exceptionnel , le sauna avec versement est parfais je ne dois même plus aller a l Olympia je trouve tout a lhotel

Cons:

peut être un plat typique autrichien de plus au buffet et une zone d'eau froide pour après le versement du sauna mais l hôtel reste pour moi : rapport qualité prix un 12 sur 10 :-))))

Modernes Spa und vielfältiges Frühstück überzeugen – Abzüge bei Badkomfort und Restaurantservice
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und bieten genug Platz für das Gepäck. Der Spa Bereich ist modern und neu und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich ein Bad mit Dusche statt einer alten Badewanne erwartet, was uns enttäuscht hat. Der Service im Restaurant ist zwar höflich, wirkt aber etwas unorganisiert, sodass man sich eher abgefertigt fühlt.
